This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.
i agree with many of the post. If we don't get the old format back, so we can at least change the font size, change color, move emails to folders, you can stuff your Email where the sun don't shine. I have used your email since 1999 in one form or another. I can use many other email formats for free. Don't need your arrogance!

I HATE the new email! I found the previous version easier & more effective to use.
Half the time it's non-functional. I can log into aol, but when I click on email this is what displays in the url "about:blank". Nothing loads. I've been trying to get into my email on my laptop for over 3 hours this morning without success! Yet, I can view it just fine on my cellphone.
Are your servers down? This has been happening on an almost daily basis for months.
I liked the ability to imbed pictures into email & the layout of the original email. I regret that I ever personalized the appearance of my email. I've tried searching…

Go back to the old mail system. If I have to learn something new I will use outlook like the rest of the world. I can't stand the new email.
give us a choice. New or old email format. New email stinks. Where is my calendar? If I have to learn something new I will switch to Outlook. much better than the new one. How do I back up my old email so I can switch?

Recently you made some changes to your email service (I use it on Chrome) which have completely degraded its usefulness.

This new format SUCKS! When deleting mail, I have to move my mouse too much, the colors suck, too light. AOL member for 27 years.

why change , im saying good bye
i already called the 8oo number to complain and get changed back ,but the number was not ringing ,guess there having lots of complaints ,will try another way to get this back to the old way or i will go some where else,im tired of others thinkikg whats better for me!

The only good feature of the new email format is the right screen arrow to hide an ad!
Why is the send button now at the bottom of the screen? Spacing on the new emails is distracting and wastes space.

AOL Desktop Gold Crashes After Signing In
Whenever desktop gold is opened it runs fine then as soon as you login the program freezes and crashes. Windows 11 22H2 is the operating system I've had the same issue on Windows 10 22H2. Tried reinstalling the program several times and tried installing the beta releases. Tried renaming the AppData Local Folder for desktop gold. Tried removing antivirus to see if that affected it. Tried a speed test and it was normal. It has all updates applied it is currently on 11.0.4322.

let me drag a photo into the text as I could in the old format.
I often have a photo I need comment on. It speeds things up if I can just drag the photo into the text box so the recipient can see instantly what I am discussing.
