Foue AOL screen names & three are totally censored. The one screen name has been censored for twenty five YEARS. AOL has done nothing to fix this problem except to blame this user. AOL needs to be shut down. A ton of AOL users need to come together to get this done. Any takers?

Please provide an email to forum users with violation and explanations of disciplinary action
Recently, I was locked out of my account which has since been reinstated. I did not know i was locked out until I went to post. I also had no idea WHY I was locked out as my posts typically do not include INSULTS, CRUDITY, etc...
I reviewed my posts and found one I made on July 29th as having been removed for violating your policy. It was addressed to another poster whose name I mentioned in that post. So I was able to determine the post that was removed for "violating" your policy.

Fix the Tech Support System
I just spent the last three hours trying to get tech support for my email, with zero satisfaction. I called in twice, each time waiting in a long queue for a level 1 CSR, each time, I was then transferred to another queue for tech support, and after 30 to 40 minutes in that queue, my call was dumped.

Comment feedback needs to improve
While I appreciate the opportunity to comment on news stories, there is a problem when it comes to reading replies other AOL members may make to my particular comment.
The drop-down list may say, for example, " Jack101 replied to your comment on climate change" but it's now impossible to find out what exactly "Jack" wrote!
This is a new, but consistent problem and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only member experiencing it.

18 hours agoA million jobs gained? Wouldn't matter if it were a zillion jobs. What's the point when there's no one to fill them? "Workers" are too busy suing to extend extended unemployment. And, by the way, these are most assuredly NOT new jobs. These are just jobs that were always there, in businesses that are now reopening.

Stop Racist Reporting
Stop being racist and insinuating racism in your news stories - Example AOL headline stated "Black real estate agent, clients handcuffed outside of Michigan home" - this had nothing to do with the color of anyone's skin. If it were a white real estate agent, AOL wouldn't had the story headline say "White real estate agent..."

First by becoming a real news outlet ,with non biased agenda, and allowing freedom of speech and making sure every blog has a comment section, not just the ones you like. there are plenty more ways,but this is a good beginning

There is a contriburtor who posts using a string of obscentities as his screen name He brags about usung Emojis to allow it, He uses the F bomb and the MF bomb and posts dozens of the same comment and BWAAA HAAA He is allowed and My comments are rejected.
