  2. Your censorship guidelines need to be much more specific and should not limit conversations to childish levels.

    Adult comments made in a serious manner should never be censored down to a level where only childish grammar and vocabulary are accepted! Your censors should be screened to eliminate ones who let their personal biases affect decisions.

  3. Climate change

    Instead of creating a "climate crisis", why don't you use your own data and show the general public that the whole earth goes through cooling and warming cycles every 350 to 500 years and you (we) are not going to change that. God made it that way for whatever reason an we are not going to change that.

    A woman (by her name, I think she was a woman but you never know) was on your platform spreading lies about my fellow Viet Nam War Veteran John Kerry. I tried to present facts and ask for proof of what she was saying. No profanity. No personal attack. Of course, you Nazis censored me as you have been doing for more than a year. I file an objection to her post because of her untrue statements, but I'm sure she will be allowed to continue spreading her lies on your platform.

  6. Very disappointed in only app availability. On-line was so much easier.

    Being able to see 20+ email lines and empty spam in 2 clicks so much better (amounts to other easy to see/use options.

  7. Proofread your articles

    AOL needs to hire writers with a GED to write their articles. This was one of them. "Common mistakes boomers do to show 'their' old." Someone never learned the difference between they're, their and there. Come on AOL, this is embarrassing.

  13. I have been using the new AOL mail, but there are problems

    Every day when I check and delete mail those deleted mail pieces show up the next morning in new mail. What the heck. It's a pain in the neck to have to re delete everything all over again

    I am constantly being censored here on AOL, even though my comments are non violent. This must stop. I will be contacting my new congressman after January 3 rd about this. Time to repeal Section 230.

  20. I want the aol emails back the wat they used to be! I do NOT like your new version as hard to locate certain files such as old and deleted
