  2. FIX "NEW" E-MAIL PROGRAM

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR "NEW" E-MAIL SYSTEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WORK WITH IT FOR MONTHS WITH NO SUCCESS. IT IS SO ILLOGICAL AND CUMBERSOME. HAVING TO SCROLL DOWN THROUGH ALL E-MAILS JUST TO HIT THE REPLY BUTTON IS RIDICULOUS. AT LEAST MOVE "REPLY" TO THE TOP OF THE CURRENT E-MAIL. HAVING SAID THAT, YOUR PREVIOUS SYSTEM WAS MUCH EASIER AND MORE LOGICAL. I'M SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS DESIGN THAT I'M THINKING OF GOING TO A NEW MAIL SYSTEM AFTER BEING WITH AOL FOR ALMOST 25 YEARS! THANK YOU FOR LISTENING.

  4. Feature for two email in-folders, one for people in your adr book and the other not in your adr bk

    New feature to store in-email in two folders; one for people in your adr book new email and one for unknown people new email. Your delete all email from uknown people is too severe as you will miss an email you want. And I have 150 email addresses in my adr book and don't want to have to create separate filters for each one. It would save much time.

  9. Sync mainframe with customer's AOL information

    I changed my payment information in December 2023, I received a paper bill (1/16/24) stating that my old billing information was not working.I checked my account on my computer and the new information displayed. I called customer service and the old billing information was on AOL file. I was told that AOL mainframe did not have the change, Maybe your mainframe/servers need to be restarted. This is ridiculous !! AOL needs to pay attention. Maybe Quality Control?

    Return to previous version of the financial section so that we can see actual numbers for the Dow etc. as well as investigate various stock performance. The current version does not allow the user to do the latter which makes it useless

  19. Is AOL selling counterfeit 1oz US Silver Eagle Coins for $19.99?

    A real US Silver Eagle coin sells for about $35 today. A "slabbed" MS70 Silver Eagle, as shown in AOL's advertisement, sells for about $120. A grading service charges about $50 to just grade a coin. Heck even the spot price for silver today is about $23 an oz. So why is AOL selling this coin for only $19.99? Beware, it's too good to be true.

    The story about G. A.'s dress is just well "disgusting". It is all in the mind whether that mind is despicable or clean. In my mind it just looks like a floral design, if a sickening designer wants to make it out to be intimate then we know where that persons mind is most of the time. I and others should choose a higher cleaner road when commenting on the garment and that is just what it is a garment with a floral design and nothing more than that.
