Why is my mail unavailable? I need access NOW
AOL is my main email provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason. You have to have backup or whatever. It's just not OK to not have access when I need it.

Poor Help Service
Why does all the help number say "The Number Has Calling Restrictions" meaning that thee is NO help unless you start to subscribe. All I get when accessing my mail is " An Error Occured when fetching your mail" and Try back later,well I have tried back later and later and later and it is still the same. Then calling the numbers show all have the same statement that they have calling restrictions. Either fix your help and system or tell us we need to go elsewahere for our e mail.

Why does AOL try to get married people to cheat on their spouses?
I am fed up with all the dating ads. Why do you send them to married people? Trying to get them to cheat? Plus, I have never been a lesbian and take offence at being targeted to try dating one. You guys push this agenda and it's sickening. I am a paying customer, and married 40 years now, I should not have to deal with this disgusting stuff. Just stop!

It appears AOL is not a fan of the current Trump administration. Your articles have an obvious bias and are NOT fair and balanced.
Either use fair and balanced journalism or loose your current paid subscription user base. Its really that simple for me. I've been a paid user using AOL for over 40 years but I'm ready to leave and drop my subscription if AOL can't be fair.

I have been a loyal customer w/AOL for over 35 years! (One of the only I communicate with.) I used to be able to send out every email automatically in a color of my choosing. Now, I need to color EVERY email individually. This is both tedious and time consuming. Why did AOL change this feature? PLEASE have this as an option goimg forward!

As a long time AOL customer I've noticed how much AOL has shifted to the Right especially when Liberals comment on stories. Just today, happens all the time though, if I respond to someone who accuses Liberals of suffering TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and I tell them that maybe it's them who suffer from BDS (Biden...) AOL rejects my post. I never use profanity but because I've taken an opposing stance to AOL's preferred party I feel like I'm being silenced.

On your Welcome page, the shorts that you show there led me to an AI **** short. That means our children can also see that come up.
You need to check out the shorts you show on your welcome page. If a person clicks on it, loads of shorts are there to see but after a bit, they turn dark web ****. You need to monitor that and keep it from being available to children.
