  2. The algorithms are flawed. They ban people targeted for cancellation by those who espouse anti-scientific and hyper-partisan propaganda.

    There are well established artificial intelligence systems that identify anti-scientific and hyper-partisan propagandistic content. Please consider employing such tools to avoid allowing the voices of science and the apolitical among us to be stifled.

  3. AOL needs to trouble shoot issues with email

    I am fed up with AOL. For the third time this year I have had to go to tech help to have all my saved mail restored after it randomly disappears. This has happened before in the past and most recently happened with my mom's account as well. The only way I can get my mail back is to pay AOL's "ransom" fee to be able to even communicate with an agent beyond the entry level customer service help line.   5. Give McAfee back to AOL subscribers, who have been with you for 20 or more years.

    I have been with AOL for 16 years and all that time I had McAfee
    through AOL all that time , now I get notice I am no longer covered
    by McAfee to protect my computer and my online security. WHY?
