    When your news channel puts out an article and allows READERS to STATE THEIR OPINION -- And if one's opinion does not agree with their opinion, they BLOCK YOU, do not allow you to post!!! Lately, they even added an algo rhythm that tracks the individual, and hijacks your pointer, knocking it out of the opinion box to make it harder for you to post!   4. I do not like the current update on my mail. I do not like selecting emails before deleting them. I would like the old version back. I

  10. Offer subscribers a choice of the type of news they are interested in: i.e. national, international, business, celebrity, local

    I am completely turned off by the cheesy celebrity gossip that is featured on aol news. Today, Israel bombed Iran; however that major story was segwayed behind the feature story on blueberries!!, and another on a celebrity, and a third one on something equally as inane. Americans aren't THAT stupid or cheesy.
    So two ideas: 1) allow subscribers a choice of what news they want to prioritize: international/national/business/cooking etc.

  12. Stop playing sounds on ads. It will be a email changer doe sure if it does not quit.

    I do not like when the sound for a ad starts by itself. I have to drop everything to disable it. Might check another email service after using AOL for 25 years or more.

    I am sharing this on behalf of my mother's account. I have signed into her account today. They wiped our entire email account of all history of emails due to inactivity of my Mother's account. We have been dealing with her Brain Cancer recovery and have not used her email. We have lost countless emails with pictures of memories, saved emails with messages from loved ones that have passed, and encouraging notes from her sent to myself and other loves ones that can't replicated due to her disability from her brain cancer.
