    e-mails below a checked box get deleted along with the intended deletions. The inadvertently deleted e-mails are not found in either trash or spam.

  7. all of a sudden AOL is loading super slow...what gives

    Why has AOL started loading so slowly. Nothing has changed on my computer or our second computer, but when we log on, it just sits there and doesn't go to the Welcome page.

  15. Contacts Issue

    Name/email address appears 3x in Contacts even if it was only saved once. Unable to delete or modify any of the contact. The name & the email address also does not appear in the suggestions when typing the 1st letter of the contact name or email address. STS Teodor advised to submit feedback to have someone look into this.

    I'm 78, barely walk w-cain and have 13 computers spread throughout the house on multiple levels and can't climb steps easily, Normally if you can wait 10-15 minutes & hoping I don't need an Emergency Bathroom trip, I might be able to sent one message back to the idiot what It Was That sent me on ANOTHER NEEDLESS trip - need to use a telephone and never try to make me guess where the Heck you would send ME the message ...
