  4. I have a fingerprint identification device to use for verification. I'd appreciate being able to use it on AOL.

  6. Stop rejecting ALL of my comments and replies to comments, regardless of how devoid of offensive words.

  7. Don't reject an appeal out of hand 60 seconds after submission.

    Appeals have become meaningless, especially when the comment addressed is totally without fault.

  8. Cut out the SPAM emails before they get to our inboxes ...

    Most of them are so obvious that you can't miss them ... Unless you guys are getting kick-backs to send them anyway. And what about the " Unknownsender@Unknowndomain " ??? . You're software won't even let us block them in Spam Controls. And now we're getting the Unknownsender@unknowndomain with our email address attached to the end of it to bypass whatever poor controls that you do have. Maybe one of you lawyers out there could slap AOL / Yahoo with a Class-Action lawsuit to get their attention.

  10. Under Wallet , both credit cards display, but there is not a delete option by my old credit card, just the new one. please assist.

    Every comment when I reply to a comment on an article IS REJECTED. There are absolutely no objectionable words in my comment. Example: "I agree". is rejected.

  13. get rid of two factor sign in unless requested

    Your two factor sign in is becoming a major pain. I can't change the options or the order of options. If I sign in five times a day I have to go through the same nonsense five times a day. My password is secure, I don't keep much of a confidential nature in e-mails I don't need this. When I am on the road it makes some sense but, when I am home it is just a pain.

  15. Recovery for old cs sub accounts & Feedback to have an email contact instead of a forum.

    First-the old cs sub account is idle for decades & was originally setup so the master account can access and control the login info, but it has changed and each sub-account, using the same sub email as recovery email. This create problems as there is no info to verify or recovery those account. AOL/CS/ Yahoo should change the policy so that the master account should be used as the recovery email and access to those emails, otherwise they are sitting wasted and idle for decades because no legitimate recovery info was every setup.

  16. Extremely disappointed with the newest update. The IN BOX

    When moving a message from the In Box to a Folder the message should stay at it was previously the update. It must show the name of the recipient not the sender. It is extremely important for us that use the computer to work and must identify the clients' names when it is file (not see my name, the sender)

    AOL has flagged my account for comments. I have seen many frequent commenters who have posted offensive statements continuing to be able to post comments yet I have not been able to post for over 6 months.

    However, the AOL AI censoring system is very crude. Even when I am quoting the person above me, whom I am answering, my comment may be removed. Or when I am quoting a phrase from the article I am referring to, that may also be wrong for the censor.
    Please try to make your "cultural standards" a bit more sensitive.
    I am 83, in poor health, and hardly ever get out. So communicating by computer is very important to me.
