why is it that I constantly block spam email addresses yet I keep getting more emails in my spam folder from the same senders?
If my company can block spam, why can't AOL???

Ever since you started with pestering me to stop my ad blocker getting into my E-mail has gotten more difficult!
Recently getting into my e-mail has become increasingly more difficult. Your confirmation system does not call my cell phone most of the time either for a text message or a call. The only way I can get into my e-mail is to have the system call my land line. I don't even want a confirmation system. My password is complex enough. I would be willing to bet I never get an answer or a fix.

Get rid of pop-up that says how many mail items I just selected. It blocks the delete button
Very annoying. I normally select all the mail I want to delete and then press the delete button. But now there is a pop-up that says how many items I just selected (which I don't need) and it blocks the delete button (which I do need). super annoying, totally unnecessary, and a waste of time. Get rid of it, or at least move it to a different location

Ads and News Stories
Your AOL carousel is full of advertisements and products, food and "how-to's" now. Actual news stories local (U.S.) and international would attract more people to your search engine. I'm tired of it and only use AOL for email now.

Upgrade Spam Filter
I'm not sure what changed but I now get DOZENS of spam emails, that should easily be filtered ahead of time. I actually try to keep my inbox clean and it's becoming nearly impossible, to the point I'm about to delete my account. It's like all filters have been removed and I get nothing but spam emails now, making it pointless to use for anything else.

passkey password requirement on Mac is annoying
When signing into AOL using Passkeys on my Mac, I am prompted to enter my full Mac password instead of using Touch ID. This reduces the convenience and feels redundant, especially when the same Passkey login on iPhone/iPad uses Face ID or Touch ID smoothly.
Please consider updating AOL’s passkey implementation to fully support biometric-only authentication where supported by the OS. This would align AOL with best-in-class login experiences.4835th ranked -
Turn off multiple accounts on sign-in
Since you will not accept direct emails, I am composing this in lieu of not being sure HOW I can send it until I get to that point of sending it. I’ve been ignoring the opening pleas for disabling your Ad blocker, but the current situation of having account names visible upon signing on has push me to the point of addressing these issues.
One, it is not personal….I don’t want to see anyone’s ads. As far as I am concerned they are an annoyance! If “I” want, “I” will search, I don’t need them shoved down my throat every…

Having difficulty accessing all apps on the email page (ie new mail, deleted files, spam etc). Refesh continues to run at this time.
Provide immediate feedback when I enter the email options. confirm reciept.

Fix your links on the Manage Subscriptions page so we can actually click them - Specifically the change plan link.
Please fix the links on your Manage Subscriptions page. The links on the right hand side of the page under Useful Links are not useful...they don't even work. I have been trying to change my plan, but I can't because it keeps sending me in a loop. Customer service wants me to call, but it would be so much easier and less time-consuming for all of us if you would just fix the links. Thanks

My friend sent me some pics. And you guys blocked them from me. I am A GROWN MAN I am 58 years old. If I don't want to see those pics I will delete the email. But that's up to me not YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
