  1. Quit trying to improve it.

    I hate this mess you have made of my e-mails. It is driving me crazy. I am 87 years old, please give me back my last improvement, that was enough for me to handle. This is over the top. I am not a tech guru. Enough is enough. Leave it alone.

    I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE RETURN OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH. I HAVE NOTED ON AOL THAT IF ONE VEERS TO THE MODERATE OR RIGHT ALL ONE'S MESSAGES FROM THE RIGHT ARE LEFT IN SPAM. NOW I NOTICED THAT THE INFO FROM JOURNALS HAVE BEEN ERASED. SHAME ON YOU AOL! IF YOU DO NOT PRESERVE THE FREEDOMS IN THIS UNIQUE COUNTRY FOR THOSE WITH WHOM YOU DISAGREE YOUR FREEDOMS WILL ULTIMATELY VANISH. REMEMBER THE NAZIS, CASTRO'S CUBA, STALIN'S RUSSIANS, MUSSOLINI'S FASCISTS.

  5. Your AOL mail loyal users want you to leave their mail format alone!!

    The people who still use AOL mail after 30 years are the same people who have tried a gmail address, a yahoo address, etc etc and have kept their AOL address because we love the mail feature. You have tried to give us the same style email as gmail and that is not what we want. We've stayed with you forever for a reason, we dont like change, we know what we like. Change it back please!!

  11. Make Changes to AOL Email system

    Not happy with the converted AOl email system. It appears to be Yahoo email with an AOL name. Before under the old system i could delete 1000 Deleted emails and or 1000 Spam emails at a time.

    I currently have over 5000 emails and I deleted them pages at a time. Current email system only lets me delete 100 deleted emails or 100 spam emails at the time .

    This is very time consuming.

    I would like to be able to delete the 1000 Deleted category or Spam category emails at the time .....

  12. Is this a new mail page. I agree with those 2 below. It's awful and I spent time trying to get back to the old page and couldn't figure out

    Please go back to the old way our emails were presented. I had it down to an art getting rid of a thousand or more in a day.. I tried to get back but couldn't find the little list of things I had to change to get the old page back. Is it possible to get the old mail page back. Just because it is old doesn;t mean its not the best page to have. C Beard

  14. Please bring back AOL classic Mail format

    Please bring back AOL classic Mail format; it was easier to read (it tab into new page), better in cleaning unwanted emails, plus much more. This new method is causing trouble in cleaning/clearing emails, not able to really read email ...seriously it goes off too much to the sides which is covered with commercial advertisements ...
    Years ago when new aol mail ideas were introduced the public were asked and given option to keep classic ... Truth be told I did tried new methods but like always something were always bad to worse that I had to re-down load back…
