Give back the option of a default setting for CC/BCC being there on every email I compose
Why on earth did you take away the default setting allowing us to have CC/BCC open for every email we write? This is a major inconvenience that will force me to leave after 28 years. I can't believe you tested this on actual users. Do you know the German word "schlimmbesserung"? It means an "improvement" that makes things worse. You have achieved a quintessential schlimmbesserung here.

new format SUCKS !!!
Your new format is so ridiculous. I have e'mails that have disappeared into the great beyond never to be seen again. I ridiculously HARD to figure out... somethings have dots, some have stars - what the **** does that all mean. I have some e'mails appearing that I have NEVER seen before. GO BACK TO THE LAST FORMAT SOON BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER.

Return the old email program - it worked
Your "new" email has more bugs than were planted in the the "new" American Embassy in Moscow. I try to delete an email, it opens it. I try to close or delete it, it takes 2 or 3 minutes to reset. And then the same process again. When I open the program I see 5 or 6 sections of emails I have no idea why they are being presented. Some I saved, some I thought I deleted. But what I want to see are the most recent emails in chronological order. Even trying to make adjustments is worse than trying…

Bring back the former format
I accidentally clicked on the new mail format. I do NOT like it. Formerly I could insert photos and search my contacts. But not any more. I tried to go back to the earlier format, but it gave me something else.

Put the numbers back on SENT and OLD MAIL
You (AOL) can correct some of the not so friendly changes ~ put the SEND button back where it was, put number of SENT & OLD MAIL emails back, delete the bubble icon, all the information and email address of the person I'm sending it to that appears on the screen = totally unnecessary. So many dumb changes, you've ruined AOL for me.

Contact list--bring back the old way of managing my contact list, especially for the lists. Showing only 5 at a time is useless, I want ALL of the lists that begin the same way--such as Chicago churches--____ Why only show 5 at a time. I've wasted so much time emailing my lists!

Please give us the original email format, the new one just doesn't work as well as the old one
Again I repeat myself ~ Bring back the email format that I had for almost 30 years, the new one isn't working for me at all. Especially the dumb graphics next to each contacts name. Also so easy to use the way it was, now impossible, too many unnecessary changes. BRING BACK THE OLD EMAIL FORMAT!!!

I HATE the new format. It is not user friendly. The old set-up was much better.
I HATE the new format. There was nothing wrong with the old one and this one is not user friendly. Most of us are not 25 years old. We like things that we already know how to use. This made things impossible to navigate!!
