AOL Mail format
Dear AOl:
About 2 years ago, you changed your mail format. Now, there is not much space to compose an email or reply to an email or forward an email. The old version gave you a whole blank page to write an email. I have used AOL my whole life and want the old mail format version back. Please let me know how we can get that format back. Thank you. Important emails that were flagged/starred keep randomly disappearing by itself.
Please fix this bug/issue as it has Severity 1 outcome. Important (flagged/starred) emails keep disappearing by itself (without being put in Trash folder if deleted by accident). This happens on both mine and my wife's accounts. You can find older dated emails in the Trash folder which means that Trash folder wasn't emptied. This could be due to possible issue with nightly backup/restore daemon!?

Be less obvious in your political bias
Why is it we constantly see support for one political side? Why do we see promotion for political contributions for one side and not the other? Your coverage for one side is very positive, while coverage for the other side is almost exclusively negative. I don't want to open AOL and be bombarded with your political views. I can watch mainstream media for that. I have been with AOL for 30 years; I would hate to feel less than a valued member of this community and be forced to go elsewhere for these services.

In forwarding emails, there are vertical lines that appear on subsequently forwarded emails. This feature should be removed.
Forwarded emails have vertical lines--remove these, or make these optionally removed at the sender's option. Vertical lines are a distraction and seem unprofessional in a business email.

Remove the political ads - either post both parties or remove the Democratic ads - this is biased and doesn't belong - people have a right to know the truth on what's going on - not having one party crammed down our throats as AOL is doing

Fix the spam problem
Why can't you manage to block emails from people we don't want to hear from? It started with moving unwanted emails to the Remove folder and then you came up with the sol called "filters" we could add to our account that gave you the specific email address we wanted block - that was a ridiculous failure. Time after time emails I had created a filter for showed up in my in-box. That wasn't a horrible problem because at that time I was only getting two or three spam emails a day.
Now you're offering to "block senders". Just another…
