  1. Good afternoon I want to cancel my AOL account and be done .....You can't give me any tech support for free.......and the people I called

    This is ridiculous when I can't access my AOL storage and the people you have working for you in some country I can't understand and they don't know how to help a customer......

    I am just done with AOL after 40 yrs as a member......

    My location from the local news is not accurate. I live in NM and the location shows in AZ, I tried several times to switch it by the state and zip code and no results. Thanks.

  3. I am having difficulty adding my debit card to my account. An error message "we're having technical difficulties - please try again.

    I am having difficulty adding my debit card to my account. An error message: " We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later." keeps coming up when I am trying to enter the debit card information. I was online with AOL Tech support for almost an hour without success. Tech Support advised me to write a posting to be able to fix this technical difficulty and that I might have to wait 24 hours before trying again. I have an outstanding balance to pay in the amount of $35.58. I have never had an outstanding…
