This feedback forum is useless. AOL does nothing to fix the problems AOL creates.
Does anyone at AOL even read this feedback? It doesn't seem so. The comments section on news articles is getting worse and worse. It's like AOL's programmers for the comments' forum don't have a clue as to what they are doing. It was working fairly well before AOL started using a pop-up for comments instead of just taking users directly to the comment in the CORRECT article when a user clicks on a comment in their profile or a notification that someone liked or commented on the user's comment. Stop the ads covering the content in articles
It is becoming too difficult to read any AOL articles. Too many ads cover the content, and you must read between the ads -- sometimes only a line or two between the ads.

E mail format
The new format is , simply, terrible. No search feature, clumsy, hard to use and easy to make errors when using. Sometimes change for the sake of change isn't a good idea, and here it just isn't. I have resisted g mail, but now.....

AOL Monitors on Comment Boards
Stop allowing AOL monitors to be so biased in rejecting comments, even those comments which do not violate community standards. There is a Pro Trump monitor that will reject all of my comments, even a comment that simply said, "God Bless America". How does that violate Community Standards?
I propose an appeal process where the rejected comment goes to a different monitor who may not be as biased.

Your AOL email is TERRIBLE. I sent something via AOL/Verizon and it takes over 15 minutes to receive. I now use Gmail which delivers in SECONDS. I wish Verizon had never partnered with your junky email.

Stop with the negativism against Trump and Trump supporters. Todays news scroll includes an article about companies that donated to Trump
Why would you think a year old article merits being in todays news scroll, only to spread hate and negativism. As a news agency I'm looking for more balance in your stories, and not year old news. How about a story that reports the steps Trump had to take over the weekend because our other elected officials are too juvenile to negotiate a compromise.

Stories go on and on forever
You post a story and then you go on and on and on about nothing about the subject of the story. You can go back 40 years from the title of the story and then you write four lines about when they were born and where they went to school and on and on and have to press "Continue" again and again until maybe you will get to the topic of the post all the time fighting these annoying ads.
