Leave things alone! You just changed my layout format from my AOL account using Safari to your horrible, user unfriendly aol format.
So sad that it looks like I must change to g-mail after Aol suddenly changed my format which is beyond user friendly,

QUIT THE BIAS REPORTING -- AOL ONLY REPORTS FAKE NEWS
How about you show all of your users the "HOW CAN WE IMPROVE AOL" comments and pleas to balance out all of this bias reporting -- lets see if you will make all of these comments a headline. If something doesn't change with AOL I will be leaving it after 25 years with them.

This feedback forum is useless. AOL does nothing to fix the problems AOL creates.
Does anyone at AOL even read this feedback? It doesn't seem so. The comments section on news articles is getting worse and worse. It's like AOL's programmers for the comments' forum don't have a clue as to what they are doing. It was working fairly well before AOL started using a pop-up for comments instead of just taking users directly to the comment in the CORRECT article when a user clicks on a comment in their profile or a notification that someone liked or commented on the user's comment. Now, the user SOMETIMES gets a pop-up window with comments from…

I am logged in but cannot post comments
AOL Mail shows I'm logged in. The top of the news stories say I'm logged in. But when I got to comments, it says to log in at the top of the comments. I can see that other people are commenting, but I can't comment. This has happened before, like whoever is in charge of the comments section is screwing with users, but only some users. Knock it off or fix things. And stop "fixing" things that aren't broken, because when you do that, you only make things worse, aol.

Bring back old email format. This one is unhelpful and not easily used. But fear not. AOL doesn't have to respond and I can find another provider to spend my money on.
