The AOL comment is not working
Cannot post a comment as the box says 'sign in to post' but I am already signed in and can't click on the box as it does nothing. What happened to just the 'post' in the box after I have commented.

This feedback forum is useless. AOL does nothing to fix the problems AOL creates.
Does anyone at AOL even read this feedback? It doesn't seem so. The comments section on news articles is getting worse and worse. It's like AOL's programmers for the comments' forum don't have a clue as to what they are doing. It was working fairly well before AOL started using a pop-up for comments instead of just taking users directly to the comment in the CORRECT article when a user clicks on a comment in their profile or a notification that someone liked or commented on the user's comment. STOP making changes before ASKING the customer!
STOP making changes to a customer's AOL account without asking! OFFER a new format, but do not make it mandatory for older customers. Although I shouldn't be surprised given the utter lack of customer service at AOL.

Navigation in new format is bad, really bad.
The new-ish formatting has some pluses. But, trying to navigate out of an article is really frustrating. This has been reported before and the problem continues. Either fix it to allow commonsense use of the back navigation arrow or provide an obvious link back to the home page.

Restore your original commentary section. The new format is terrible. It is awkward, time consuming and and difficult to navigate!
The new commentary format is awkward, time consuming and difficult to navigate. Please restore the original format for commentary. And I agree that a form of censorship is evident based on which articles allow commentary and which articles do not - based on politics of the day.

AOL Mail
The mail in my inbox, and in my non-profit institute's email, have either been going directly into Spam, Trash, or most recently, into Saved Mail.
My entire inbox went to Saved Mail, and I thought the emails had disappeared. This is unacceptable, and AOL needs to fix it immediately.
