  2. this new format is absolute trash! why did you do this? Ever hear the saying "if ain't broke, don't fix it" Can't copy & paste images now

    get rid of the drop down to select or apply. bring back copy and paste images into email. bring back the old format. this is awful. make email sorting options better

  3. STOP making changes before ASKING the customer!

    STOP making changes to a customer's AOL account without asking! OFFER a new format, but do not make it mandatory for older customers. Although I shouldn't be surprised given the utter lack of customer service at AOL.

  7. Navigation in new format is bad, really bad.

    The new-ish formatting has some pluses. But, trying to navigate out of an article is really frustrating. This has been reported before and the problem continues. Either fix it to allow commonsense use of the back navigation arrow or provide an obvious link back to the home page.

    The new commentary format is awkward, time consuming and difficult to navigate. Please restore the original format for commentary. And I agree that a form of censorship is evident based on which articles allow commentary and which articles do not - based on politics of the day.

    The mail in my inbox, and in my non-profit institute's email, have either been going directly into Spam, Trash, or most recently, into Saved Mail.
    My entire inbox went to Saved Mail, and I thought the emails had disappeared. This is unacceptable, and AOL needs to fix it immediately.
