  1. So many issues with AOL. When I delete emails, many are marked as SPAM and sent to the SPAM folder, so I have to manually delete ea email

    My idea is to fix the flaws in AOL! Deleted emails show up in SPAM folder, even though they are not SPAM and were deleted and not marked as spam; or many deleted emails show up again in my Outlook Inbox; AOL has requested that several of the vendors I deal with unsubscribe me, even though I never requested this; I keep getting the pop-up box in Outlook. The list is long and troublesome.

  2. "Moderators" are not adhering to AOLs guidelines.

    My comment to a Reply was rejected. The content of the Reply was worse than my comment to it. How does that work? Does anyone "moderating" know the AOL guidelines?

  3. Censor all comments

    Every AOL member has the power to censor all comments regardless of content. Every comment comes with a few little dots next to the comment.....you can report the comment for various reasons. I click on "other" & I tell AOL to censor all comments regardless of content. If your comments are being censored for no reason.......report & censor all comments. You can not censor all comments for it is too much but do as many as you can.

  8. Aol App not working properly

    When i try to connect into my AOL app on my samsung phone, Android 14, it's just spinning and spinning, the loading never ends. I called customer support and i was in a call for a hour and they could not fix it, they tried to uninstall the app, tried to connect through google chrome but nothing worked. Something needs to be done.

  10. need the ability to delete multiple contacts in email when using aol.com

    I have about 1K email contacts in my aol.com email. I need to delete like 900 of them. I can't do it one at a time!

  13. My posts in the comments are being eliminated, not rejected.

    Someone that monitors the posts in the comments of AOL is eliminating my posts, not rejecting them, for no good reason. I follow the Community Guidelines, but their decisions are arbitary and definitely biased.

    Please bring back the old desktop 'welcome' page. I guess you're trying to synch with the online page, but I pay for the desktop because I like it better.

  16. See Comments hyperlink not working

    At end of each news article there's a hyper link 'see comments'. When you click on that, it disappears and does not load comments. Please fix. Using latest version of Fire Fox and Win 10.

  20. I am totally disgusted with AOL and the way it is set up that we cannot block spam unless we are paying for a premium account. Angry.

    All AOL email subscribers need to be able to easily block spam senders. I know this can easily be done, but AOL holds us ******* to try to make us pay for premium service. I see the complaints from those who pay for "premium" services and who still do not get decent service. I will not pay when AOL makes money by deluging us with ads and unwanted material. That would continue. AOL is not operating honorably - greed is the master.
