Editing Lists Return Error messages
Tonight I tried to edit a list that I typically email on occasion. Specifically, I tried to add 2 contacts. One was added - the other was not. I have no idea why - can't you tell me what is wrong? I am doing it exactly the same way - but the save button remains dim and nothing happens with the second contact when I select and try to hit enter to add. WHY WHY WHY? I will never know unless you give me a hint through some error message?

Why is it allowed for Choice Hotels to advertise a 30% discount for buying points and when you follow the link the discount is only 25%. I hate bait and switch!!!

Problems with contact list
We have issues with the contact list for melindahenry2. When attempts are made to send text to susanhenry5 her e-mail address does not pop up..the names of numerous other irrelevant contacts appears. Need for e-mails for susanhenry5 do not go to her...sometimes even go to her gmail susnhnry which she really does not use. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank yo u.

This new email sucks! Such a waste of time, past emails not coming up. New emails just disappear sometimes. Trying to access old emails very hard and many can't be accessed. Just a worse system.

Feature for two email in-folders, one for people in your adr book and the other not in your adr bk
New feature to store in-email in two folders; one for people in your adr book new email and one for unknown people new email. Your delete all email from uknown people is too severe as you will miss an email you want. And I have 150 email addresses in my adr book and don't want to have to create separate filters for each one. It would save much time.

Sync mainframe with customer's AOL information
I changed my payment information in December 2023, I received a paper bill (1/16/24) stating that my old billing information was not working.I checked my account on my computer and the new information displayed. I called customer service and the old billing information was on AOL file. I was told that AOL mainframe did not have the change, Maybe your mainframe/servers need to be restarted. This is ridiculous !! AOL needs to pay attention. Maybe Quality Control?

Financial Section
Return to previous version of the financial section so that we can see actual numbers for the Dow etc. as well as investigate various stock performance. The current version does not allow the user to do the latter which makes it useless

I can't sign into my mail. It tells me that They can't verify my account
You need a better way to control passwords and access your mail. When i signin with my VERIFIED password, I get a screen that says that it doesn't support my account. What is this?
