1. Fix the glitch when composing a post in an article's comment section.

   There's a glitch in your system. For weeks now, whenever you compose a post in the comments section of one of your articles, if someone else posts something, or clicks on a like (thumbs up) or dislike (thumbs down), it continually knocks you out of the composition box. You have to scroll back to it and place the cursor where you left off. Maybe, just maybe, you can type a few more words before it happens again. It is EXTREMELY annoying. Customers have had to complain about this to your IT department before; they're doing plenty of complaining about it online. You need to address this issue and program a viable solution across-the-board for ALL of your customers.

3. Algorithm Enhancement

   I’ve made numerous suggestions about your comments screening algorithm. One of those was the algorithm screens comments and flags for words used in the article I’m commenting about. There are two issues (at least) with a comment flagged as needing review!!! One, you printed a hateful story that itself violates my sensibilities and standards, and second, words or ideas expressed in the article are flagged as needing review or rejected. This is an obvious contradiction and needs to be resolved!!! !!! Now if you really care about offending, what responsible actions will you take to show you mean what you say??

5. problems with contact lists

   My email contact list is no longer working. While the contacts exist in the master list, all sublists have been depopulated. I am unable to delete any addresses from main list. Autofill of email addresses does not work. I am unable to re-add contacts to sublists unless I create an entire new contact. This has been an issue for over a week and multiple calls to tech support has not corrected the issues.

   Perform a simple search to see that items like this are scams to steal money from people. Dont be associated with scams.
