    I am a PAYING AOL customer.
    This "un-user friendly" new email format is really bad.

    I cannot believe you used my money so carelessly.
    If it ain't broke - don't fix it.

  2. NEW AOL is Practically worthless ! Fonts SUCK... Contacts SUCK... NOT USER FRIENDLY

    The new format SUCKS!!!!!!!!! 615 pages of feedback - MOST are related to mail format....99% hate it. Go back to the old format

  3. Is this a new mail page. I agree with those 2 below. It's awful and I spent time trying to get back to the old page and couldn't figure out

    Please go back to the old way our emails were presented. I had it down to an art getting rid of a thousand or more in a day.. I tried to get back but couldn't find the little list of things I had to change to get the old page back. Is it possible to get the old mail page back. Just because it is old doesn;t mean its not the best page to have. C Beard

    Your saying ..."thoughtful feedback". We're always trying to improve our products and can use of "most popular feedback" to make a "positive" change. Obviously, you have not once paid attention to long-term users and how difficult the new layout is anything but a positive change, Don't be saying positive change--the only I can see after reading many messages is to put back format in use before change.

  7. TODAY THIS WEEK EARLIER IN JULY JUNE ALL UNNECESSARY

    It used to take one click to address an email now it takes 3 clicks to do the same thing ~ if sending 200 emails it's almost impossible to use the new AOL. What can be done to return to the old email format?
    So many unnecessary "upgrades" GIF, big icons for contacts, 100's more emogis, ME instead of my name ~ how do I go back to old AOL?

  13. Put the numbers back on SENT and OLD MAIL

    You (AOL) can correct some of the not so friendly changes ~ put the SEND button back where it was, put number of SENT & OLD MAIL emails back, delete the bubble icon, all the information and email address of the person I'm sending it to that appears on the screen = totally unnecessary. So many dumb changes, you've ruined AOL for me.

  14. I HATE the new format. It is not user friendly. The old set-up was much better.

    I HATE the new format. There was nothing wrong with the old one and this one is not user friendly. Most of us are not 25 years old. We like things that we already know how to use. This made things impossible to navigate!!

    Remove the invasive advertizement you insert into the first line in my in box. Smarmy moove you hoping we will accidently click on it so you can get paid. deceptive for your advertizers and your email clients!
