Ads vs Paying customers
Quit charging for paying users since the Welcome Page is coverered with paid ads. This is double dipping. Either paying customers or no ads. Discontinue the Auto play and auto scroll. I prefer to make my own choices.

Get rid of the ads
The ads on AOL only cover up content and those that have sound only distract users to where AOL is not a useful platform. It is better to pay more for a service or use Google that doesn't throw all these obstacles and annoyances at users. The only thing AOL seems to have going for them because of the ads are the chats after the skewed stories from your biased reporters. Even your sources seem to be one sided. Half the time you can pick out mistakes in the AOL stories, like a local paper that relies on outside sources.

Stop forcing me to use verification codes
There is no unusual activity on my account. Please stop forcing me to obtain verification codes and entering them into AOL before I can get into my mail.

Stop all the ads crowding the news articles. It is very hard to read.
Its is very annoying and hard to read and enjoy news articles of interest because of all the ads competing for the space.

Sick Of Bias Against Trump!
I am so sick, sick, sick of that Harris woman getting so much undeserved attention from AOL and President Trump getting little or no positive attention. The media is supposed to be unbiased! I wish they would pretend to be!

Eliminate the 2 step verification process!
Complaint! It is completely unacceptable and ILLEGAL to attempt to prevent your users from accessing our email accounts! If you do this to me again, I will be reporting AOL to the FCC again and the Attorney General!

Please bring back the old format and old calendar.
The new calendar dies not print in color and is much harder to use than the old. Please revert!!

Reinstate old functions
Please reinstate: (1) the ability to open a message in a New Window, and (2) the ability to insert an image into the body of a message (as opposed to attaching separately), and (3) the old system of sorting inbox messages. (It's only been 24 hours since I got the new format, and I'm already frustrated with the inability to customize, etc.)

why does AOL not delete old spam like it says
AOL says it delete spam 5 days old. Guess AOL can't count it is March 19th I have 2400 spam emails and many of them are from the 5th of march. That is 2 weeks old .
