I have never seen a positive story about President Trump on AOL. Nix the liberal bias.
Remove the liberal bias from AOL. The demographics of your users are such that they aren't majority liberal. Try to balance things.

Fix AOL email loading!
I have been trying for 6 hours to simply send an email from the AOL/Netscape account I've had for 20 years. AOL Help won't even load. My Gmail account loads, opens, and sends no problem, what's up with AOL? I'm about to delete my account.

About rejecting my comment.
I responded to an article about Americans souring to Trump's handling of the virus with the following comment, 'I think the authors of this article don't have a clue what it means to be a journalist, be fair, honest or intelligent. This article is a partisan joke !' It was neither vulgar or hateful. I strongly disagreed with the authors. Get better spam filters
The last couple of weeks the amount of spam I'm receiving has increased by an order of magnitude. In the same time, your spam filters are catching significantly less of it. This needs to be fixed. Maybe you should use some of that AI that we're all being told is so wonderful.

The fact that you do not allow comments is of concern. WHY? Each post has "0" comments BECAUSE YOU DO NOT ALLOW DISCUSSION. WHY? I have been with aol since its inception. Knew the creators in Encino.
