   I am a long-time AOL user, and I beg you:
   Save AOL.
   Your usership is down over 50% in the last 10 years.
   50% !!
   Remember where you USED to be??
   So why is this happening?
   Let me answer...
   DUH.
   What you are experiencing is a really bad business model.
   I have to plug my nose (figuratively) to get past all the Huffington/Puffington Post political garbage and (finally) read
   my emails- which I do less and less.
   I'm not alone.
   Your bias is about as hard not to notice as a Seal in a bathtub.
   Yeah, Gmail is looking better all the time (except, of course they'll follow my every move).
   Still, that might be preferable.

5. Please stop the next next next. I want to read so many of the articles but just can't do that anymore.

   Just put it all on one page/screen and let us scroll down until it's over. And stop 90% of the commercials. When I see them they get me so mad I make sure I do not use them for having so many commercials.

8. By letting people know what politicians like Biden really are like!

   Biden says he has dealt with people like Trump his whole life...that he is for regular Americans like he was...Well, I know for sure how people in your party at the highest level lifted my registered trademark for their own use and had their lawyers cover up for them...with a token visit to the White House. Do not tell me how honorable you are, Joe--no one came to my rescue as someone in the private sector who created a national venture to help historic properties.

9. Shortening articles to where one does not have to click on "next."

   I'm always interested in viewing the news section. However,when clicking to view your articles, many of them have a place to click on "next" or "slide." I have stopped reading the articles altogether because many times I end up never getting to the end......something happens where I press a wrong key or the ad comes on, and I can't get out of it, etc.
   Also,it is very discouraging to click on a news story only to find out that the only way to read the whole article is to click on the "next" button. Many of those stories, also, give too much background that is not really helpful to the article at hand.
   Please consider shortening the articles and displaying them in one section. Several of my friends have told me the same thing, and I know that you would like to keep your customers happy.

10. Local News is Not Local Since Yahoo does

    Eliminate local news on AOL Home Page if you are not going to put Local news by zipcode I typed in. It hasn't been local since you got Yahoo to do instead of a local news source such as local newspaper. I have sent this concern in multiplet times but your answer is make sure you have correct zipcode. I DO HAVE LOCAL ZIP CODE TYPED IN!

12. Put local news where it says "Local News" and we have to put in our zip codes.

13. HACK THROUGH AOL NEWS STORIES

    At about 3:30 PM this afternoon I opened the news story you were offering about the tunnel found under Lincoln Memorial. After picking NEXT about 3 times my computer was taken over, windows explorer came up and Microsoft said the computer had been compromised. I immediately shut of the computer. In my opinion there was some type of a hack in that news story that wanted to take over my computer.

19. Report the news briefs in a fair manner. I see extreme bias in your reporting and that is NOT journalism.

    I am concerned that the journalism we know today is biased and reverting back to the days of "yellow journalism". We impeached a President on a rumor, false information that is now acknowledged by authorities but the main stream media is refusing to investigate and even report the BIden corruption which the former NYPD Chief has seen first hand and is loaded with criminal offenses. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden have smoking guns right in plain view and the media is ignoring it. So, crucify a sitting President and impeach him on false information generated by specific Democrats but ignore real facts and indicting information when confronted with them.
