You used to let me turn off the spam filter, but you have apparently recently removed that option. As a result I recently discovered that you are blocking important messages--including messages I need in order to continue working in the current Covid-19 crisis--from downloading to my email client, forcing me to go online, which I do NOT want to waste time doing and then comb through them one at a time to mark them as not spam so I can download them. Fix the rejection issue that I am experiencing
All my posts are rejected, when I appeal, my appeals are denied. My posts are respectful, truthful, and verifiable with no curse words or misspelled words. When I reported the issue to you customer service via chat, they sent me to this feedback forum to fix the issue. It is very annoying and as a dues paying customer, if it is not addressed soon, I will stop paying for my AOL service. I can get bad service for free.

The news coverage about the ICE shooting in Minnesota today was inadequate.
The nurse in Minnesota was shot at least 10 times by two agents while he was on the ground and carrying a camera, not a gun. Videos clearly show he was no danger to anybody. Yet, surrounded by agents, and on the ground he was murdered, shot at least 10 times by two agents. It was an obvious murder, despite what Homeland Security. said. Yet your coverage states "The deItails surrounding the shooting weren’t immediately clear." But an objective look at the video leaves no doubt.about what happened.

How about some balance? Enough with the 'Woke' articles - I suspect that about half of your customers are conservative and you owe them an equal platform - I've been on AOL for decades but I'm considering another email platform if you don't correct this

Stop rejecting ALL of my comments and replies to comments, regardless of how devoid of offensive words.

Don't reject an appeal out of hand 60 seconds after submission.
Appeals have become meaningless, especially when the comment addressed is totally without fault.

Cut out the SPAM emails before they get to our inboxes ...
Most of them are so obvious that you can't miss them ... Unless you guys are getting kick-backs to send them anyway. And what about the " Unknownsender@Unknowndomain " ??? . You're software won't even let us block them in Spam Controls. And now we're getting the Unknownsender@unknowndomain with our email address attached to the end of it to bypass whatever poor controls that you do have. Maybe one of you lawyers out there could slap AOL / Yahoo with a Class-Action lawsuit to get their attention.

Under Wallet , both credit cards display, but there is not a delete option by my old credit card, just the new one. please assist.
