Whoever is responsible for updating aol's comments section is doing a ****** job
Just put it back the way it was. It wasn't perfect, but it was much better than it is now. I have to click on a notification about two dozen times before I get to the correct list of comments. Same with my profile. If I select one of my comments in my profile, it doesn't take me to where I'm supposed to go most of the time. It's only gotten worse over the past couple of weeks. This is the biggest programming fiasco I have ever seen, and I worked in Information Technology for 30 years.

Rude offensive bots @ AOL games
i find your bots on AOL games and in hearts in particular to be offensive, racist and chauvinist.
i don't find that funny at all and so many others.

Checking email
when checking a new email after reading it, instead of staying on the new mail it should be automatically move on the old email instead of clicking refresh button.

on aol.com no delete Icon but basic.mail.aol.com there is the delete option
theres no option to delete the contacts on ( AOL.COM ) but on the basic.mail.aol.com we can delete the contact also on the AOL.COM its shows the UNWANTED CONTACT but on the basic.mail.aol.com it's not showing

webmail crashes
web mail , crashes , unable to open and launch mails. tried using diff browser even performed troubleshooting such as clearing cache and cookies data, had already disconnect and connect back to the internet

Bring back Comments or we might drift away to sites that permit that as entertainment.
Bring back comments and allow us to see them and make them. Or , tell us another place we can do that if we want change.

Fix the "SORT" in AOL files - Put Alphabetical Order back in!
While on my (AOL) recipe file & looking at the "SORT" (top right) in the listings it had "Alphabetical Order". It has been taken out. Would you please put "Alphabetical Order" back in.

Undo for writing emails.
Frequently items will be unintentionally changed and a "undo" option would save a lot of time instead of retyping a large amount of text.

Display current folder name in AOL Mail heading message
When I swirch between my Inbox and my Spam folder, I can't tell if I'm in the folder I want to be in because the page simply says "No matching messages." Sometimes it takes a few seconds to process, and so I think I'm in my Spam folder but I'm really still in Inbox. Putting the name of the folder in the "No matching messages" message would fix that.

I don't consent to your new privacy policy and terms of service. I refuse all troddening signals and additional data to my person, my account and my AOL satellite including my authentications. These things y'all are adding will compromise the integrity and privacy of AOL brand, the whole reason I in 2025 have an AOL account. Y'all are doing the opposite of what madevyall great to begin with. I don't consent. Y'all need to not do the updated policy.

My aol mail won't open on my computer, but it opens on my phone. On my computer, I am getting the message, "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Temporary Error: 15. Learn more. Try again." I have other aol accounts that I also access on my computer, and I am able to access them. This account is my most important, as it is the one that I use for correspondence with doctor's offices and companies from which I order online. I need this account to work. It makes no sense that I can't access this account on my computer but…

Cursor disappears when typing in Mail

Improve Response Time Reading E-Mail via Browser
It seems that when I read my aol e-mail, the response time is very long if I am on my laptop using a browser. If I read the same e-mail on my iphone in the Apple "Mail" app, I do not have this long response time. I recorded a video of the response time to demonstrate it to the AOL technicians. How can I provide this example to the AOL technicians? Thank you.
