Why is it now necessary to get a second verification source to get into my e-mail. I don't keep my cell phone in my pocket when I am home.
I hate having to get my cell phone every time I want to check my e-mail. It would be better and more convent to have a secondary password of some sort.

Cannot download contacts to CSV file. Get error message. Problem is on AOL's end.

Get rid of aol. I have a problem with aol. I have called 5 numbers and no one can help me. So people and ai won't help me so close aol down.
aol is charging me 3 different charges on my credit card. I've called 4 numbers, and your worthless chat bot, and so dare no one can tell me why three different prices, or help me. And no one can answer me why. So I'm not going to pay any more of them, and cancel my credit card, and report aol to fraud people, Maybe then someone will give me some simple answers. Learn to use prepositions correctly
Who writes your home page headlines? an intern? or worse, AI? You show up AT a party (location) or you show up [somewhere] FOR a party (purpose), but not "show up to". AOL needs to hire a copy editor and proofreaders who know the English language.

Please bring back the ability to sort 'Starred' emails to include the non starred emails as well(just sorted to the top/bottom of the page).
This feature has always been helpful for my productivity but it was removed around 6 weeks ago, then returned a few short days later. Now it has been gone for around a week. I'm struggling daily to work through my job progress because of this much needed sort option.

the ad with the automatic audio 'springtime in the shawnee....' on the gold welcome page really needs to go. that type of ad is annoying and interrupts the silence i expect unless i choose to hear it. thank you

Stop the bots - malicious connection
EVERY time I open AOL mail my firewall blocks a suspicious connection. Since everything else works fine, I can open my emails and send them, I can only assume there is a tagalong on your connection. I do not get this notice with any (and I repeat ANY) of my other connections. Please clean up your connections.

changing name on account
I am in the process of trying to change the name on my account. The account is in my husband's name but I am on the account also. He passed away 6 weeks ago and it is absolutely ridiculous everything you want me to go through. You want a death certificate, 1st and last page of his will, names of executors, picture of me with an ID. We have been paying premium membership for 40 years and believe we have earned some leeway for this, especially when I could close it completely and go to gmail or yahoo for free.…

My aol data has been exposed on dark web multiple times. want to change my usename
option to change user name because of id theft and multiple data breaches. I saw multiple logins to aol account from equipment that is not mine.
