Get rid of the yellow and go back to blue, Please!
For years the app icon and the homepage logo was a pleasing shade of blue. Why did you change it to ugly yellow and black. It looks like a Caution traffic sign.

Stop asking for constant verification
I'm getting real tired of having to constantly verify I am me every single day I log in. It's extremely annoying and it makes me want to close my email account. I never opted in to the 2 step verification process, but, I get asked to verify myself every time I log in. I've been with AOL for 21 years, but, this constant annoyance is enough to make me want to leave.

I was trying to reset my password but was prevented by your two step verifaction because I have a new mobile number that I need to update .. but I was stuck with old mobile number in my two step verification.

As an AOL customer since almost before AOL came into being I resent the waste of time I must endure to access my email thru this two-step authentication process. What does it actually accomplish!!??

You all at AOL needs to Quit posting only Good Stories about Democrats and Bad Stories about Republicans. We are Not ALL Democrats.??
Be the Media and Not the Lying Media. Do all Stories and Let us decide what is False and what is Not. What is Good to Only Democrats and what is Good to Republicans. You are Not suppose to make Stories for only Democrats or to influence only One Side.

Be less obvious in your political bias
Why is it we constantly see support for one political side? Why do we see promotion for political contributions for one side and not the other? Your coverage for one side is very positive, while coverage for the other side is almost exclusively negative. I don't want to open AOL and be bombarded with your political views. I can watch mainstream media for that. I have been with AOL for 30 years; I would hate to feel less than a valued member of this community and be forced to go elsewhere for these services.

Fix the spam problem
Why can't you manage to block emails from people we don't want to hear from? It started with moving unwanted emails to the Remove folder and then you came up with the sol called "filters" we could add to our account that gave you the specific email address we wanted block - that was a ridiculous failure. Time after time emails I had created a filter for showed up in my in-box. That wasn't a horrible problem because at that time I was only getting two or three spam emails a day.
Now you're offering to "block senders". Just another…

How can I be unbanned from commenting on AOL community articles?
I have been banned from commenting on any and all comment sections in the AOL community/articles. 25 pus year member and I've been banned now for over 2 years, without any warning or explanation. Please advise how I can be reinstated.
