   This is about a poster that disrupts the yahoo comment section to AOL news stories. She posts the following post(and others like it) 1 or 2 times a minute for hours at a time when she is really active. I've been reporting all of them for months and nothing has been done (she continues to post about trumps tiny ***** and how he is a pile of ****). It's obvious she is using a spam bot which is against the rules as well as repetitive posts. What will it take to get the moderators to do something about her? 5. allow messages to come through that are not in contacts list while others are blocked

6. Move Attachments to the top of the webmail detailed email view.

   The attachments are not always viewable until reply. Being at the bottom means you have to scroll through some pretty long threads before getting to them. Put the attachments back to the top. It wasn't broken, didn't need you to do anything to the web interface.

18. About the recent redesign, I have three criticisms/suggestions:

    1) When I do a word search, I need to search in deleted files, too. Sometimes a missing message is there, after all, but I am no longer able to extend my searches that far — or if there is a way to do it, I don't know what it is.
    2) NOW, when I copy and paste a prepared letter into the message box, I get a space between every paragraph so that the letter goes on endlessly with all these spaces. Please get rid of that feature. This drives me crazy because I have to manually fix the letter once it is in the message box. This did not happen previously.
    3) Before I open a message, I want to see the full name of the sender, which allows me to know if I can just kill a piece of junk without wasting my time by opening it. After the redesign, I am no longer able to do that.
    IN SUM, the redesign is a net loss for me when it comes to convenience.

19. none of the links on your Animals category have ever worked, would be nice to fix that
