Where is AOL support ?

What did you do to the homepage? I had sub folders in my favorites which are now gone, I have vital folders which I don't know half the url

Have a separate ADs only section on AOL. We are tired of being interupted everywhere by ADs.
If those that want ADs they will have their place to go, while others can have AOL as it was intended. We go to AOL for certain things like the news and we don't want ADs all over the place.

You demand one acknowledge and accept your TOS upon receipt of criticism about the lack of integrity in your games, particularly pinochle. All the while you ignore the criticism making no changes or expressing any level of understanding about the frustration one has to deal with when the computer bots overbid their hand, when the dealer doesn't distribute the meld to all players evenly or without discrimination, when the computer bots renege. Take down "State police locate missing person in Westbrook during suspicious vehicle investigation"
This article was posted august 2022 and came from the Hartford Courant. In the last month, the Hartford Courant has taken it down/ "de indexed" the article from google. Spoke to AOL and they said that if the article was down from the main source that it should be taken down from here as well. Is this possible? Would greatly appreciate that.

My AOL Mail has been offline for days now. Can't get there on computer. Only phone.

Return the main screen to the number article last read, not no. 1, like it used to do.
Why does the main screen no longer return to the last video read (50 of 66) rather than only to 1 every time. Have tried several ways and still have to waste time scrolling to get back to where I was. This is my favorite feature of AOL and has totally disrupted the way it functions using AOL Desktop Gold. Hate the mail acting like Outlook and other less quality e-mails already. This is the last function that I love about AOL. PLEASE FIX IT ONCE AGAIN as it has happened before.

I think your interpretation of what's an acceptable comment is too narrowly focused. If someone comments that "I don't have a clue", how is it wrong if I say their clueless?
