    I do not like the layout of the new AOL and email. When it says click to return to basic, the basic has changed too.?? The calendar on the left was best and full when opened. The new format is terrible and hard to view. Please return me to my old option.

  6. Leave things alone! You just changed my layout format from my AOL account using Safari to your horrible, user unfriendly aol format.

    Horrible, new AOL layout! So user unfriendly! Keep the AOL format intact although even if you do, by then, I may have changed to G-mail after 20+ years with AOL. How dare AOL change this without warning and consultation. I am done with AOL! They will go under now, I'm pretty sure of that! Deservedly so!

    Too many ads placed in the news section that make it difficult sort out what is real news and not advertisements.

    Suggestions: Eliminate those that are not real news or minimize Ads, or limit the Ads in every page for Aol.com domain.

  15. I want my old format back. This qualifies for 'elder abuse' as not everyone wants change.

    Subscribers should be given the option of continuing with a format they're comfortable with or going with whatever idiot change someone comes up with.

  18. You are accepting too much spam into my mail account & protecting some from being blocked.

    In the last few months, aol has been allowing 100's of spam messages into my mail account. At first, almost all of these would be put directly into my spam folder, which is a minor nuisance but not serious, although I wonder why AOL continues to allow obvious Spam messages into your system. Lately, the spammers are coming up with clever ways to bypass your filters and come directly into my new mail. For some reason, AOL appears to by aiding these spammers by allowing them to use email addresses that I cannot block.
