  3. This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.

    i agree with many of the post. If we don't get the old format back, so we can at least change the font size, change color, move emails to folders, you can stuff your Email where the sun don't shine. I have used your email since 1999 in one form or another. I can use many other email formats for free. Don't need your arrogance!

  6. Give us a "heads up" when you change the software display(s)!!!!

    Stop changing the software access points without giving us a "HEADS UP" as to what you are doing. As for the "new" AOL mail system -- it SUCKS!!! I speak (type) from over 32 years of IT experience --- and your failures are getting worse every time you "FIX" something in the system.

  10. How can I be unbanned from commenting on AOL community articles?

    I have been banned from commenting on any and all comment sections in the AOL community/articles. 25 pus year member and I've been banned now for over 2 years, without any warning or explanation. Please advise how I can be reinstated.

THE RICH & SUPER RICH NEED TO PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE OF TAXES, INCLUDING ALL OF THE SHARES, & BENEFITS THAT THEY GET.     Can you please FIX your APP PASSWORD GENERATOR?

    At a minimum, can you provide an explanation and possible date to your website, as to when this VERY IMPORTANT issue will be resolved and available to your users. I am dead in the water with my new laptop as far as using Outlook 2021.
