Why do you have viewers go to the next page just to read an article? Everyone I know clicks out of the article and does not read it. Losing
Have your articles on a scroll down bases. You will capture more of an audience if you do. Cannot see why the next page makes sense to you?

Stop putting ads in the list of emails --URGENT
Today for the first time I see that AOL is putting ads in my list of emails, as well as in banners at the top of my list of emails. THIS IS AWFUL. I have been a paid AOL user for more than 20 years. I don't have to put up with this intrusion. The banner ads and pop up ads are bad enough (and they are VERY BAD), but I have trained myself to ignore them. It is harder to ignore ads that are inserted in my list of emails and look like an email rather than an ad.…

Help stop junk mail after being reported
Help stop repeated junk mail please. I report and delete this mail but nothing seems to help. What can AOL do for us?

2 step
STOP needing code via 2 step verification to access email. IF 2nd party needs code from 3rd, 3rd from 4th, etc; never access goal. If 2nd needs data from 1st, impossible infinite loop. 2 step verification should be option, customer choice; NOT required. Thanks for phone tech agent help trying work around.

Pop-up notifications no longer available when someone "likes" or "replies" to your Comment
Have already spoken to Tech Support about this issue; but was informed they don't have the capability of correcting this issue. It would have to be submitted on this Feedback feature. These pop-ups help by allowing you to go to notifications and read replies or see "likes" to your comments. Although the Bell Notification feature works, the pop-ups assist users during real time activities.
If other customers don't care for this feature, it would behoove AOL's IT gurus to provide an option to toggle the pop-up feature on and off.

Don't you think it is time to stop the snide headlines bashing Mr. Trump. He is correcting many of the criminal acts of the Obama/Biden.
Trump is not a friendly wimp. He is a strong and intelligent executive. He is correcting many of the criminal acts of the Obama and Biden presidencies. Why not just report them and quit trying to poison people's attitudes!
