  2. Help stop junk mail after being reported

    Help stop repeated junk mail please. I report and delete this mail but nothing seems to help. What can AOL do for us?

    2 step NOT enabled - do NOT NEED or WANT 2 step verification - very secure passwords used - on going problem for months now + AOL does not care !!!

  4. Pop-up notifications no longer available when someone "likes" or "replies" to your Comment

    Have already spoken to Tech Support about this issue; but was informed they don't have the capability of correcting this issue. It would have to be submitted on this Feedback feature. These pop-ups help by allowing you to go to notifications and read replies or see "likes" to your comments. Although the Bell Notification feature works, the pop-ups assist users during real time activities.

    If other customers don't care for this feature, it would behoove AOL's IT gurus to provide an option to toggle the pop-up feature on and off.

  5. Don't you think it is time to stop the snide headlines bashing Mr. Trump. He is correcting many of the criminal acts of the Obama/Biden.

    Trump is not a friendly wimp. He is a strong and intelligent executive. He is correcting many of the criminal acts of the Obama and Biden presidencies. Why not just report them and quit trying to poison people's attitudes!

  6. redesign AOL mail webpage - when you delete a message blocks function keys

    When you delete a message, "Message deleted. Undo" blocks the top line of function keys - Keep as New, Move, Delete, Spam ... More, on Chrome Desktop browser trying 100% or 90% size font. Needs a redesign so this temporary pop up does not block the function keys.

    Return to the original AOL format as it was in 1995 when I joined, or I am gone! You infringe on my right to free speech which is a given right under our Constitution. AOL has turned into the Soviet Union.!

  20. Please bring back AOL classic Mail format

    Please bring back AOL classic Mail format; it was easier to read (it tab into new page), better in cleaning unwanted emails, plus much more. This new method is causing trouble in cleaning/clearing emails, not able to really read email ...seriously it goes off too much to the sides which is covered with commercial advertisements ...
    Years ago when new aol mail ideas were introduced the public were asked and given option to keep classic ... Truth be told I did tried new methods but like always something were always bad to worse that I had to re-down load back…
