Return to the previous inbox options, accidental deletion can leave the user in a bind. also where did my old mail go to, i need that back a

Restore the "Keep as New" button for emails.
In the top bar above the emails has been a "Keep as New" button. Today I do not find it, even after re-launching my browser. The other way to save something by selecting "More" and "Mark as Unread", is a waste of time.

Don't pay
If you are unable to post a comment or give a thumbs up or down to an already posted comment to a news item, call AOL and demand to have your monthly payment stopped until the problem is corrected.

I am experiencing trouble opening my aol
When I try to log in, after six digit verification. the browser spins and does not open emails.. I have tried uninstallng AOL and turning off cell phone. NOTE: This issue is only on my Android and not my PC.

On the stationary...can you add more patriotic images...not sure why the red/white/blue went away.
There are those of us that would appreciate more red/white and blue patriotic stationary options. Not sure why especially in year 250 of the USA, options went away.

adds are making aol unusable. I know you need to make money, but after 29 years with the same user name, im looking elsewhere.
downsize ads so our devises won't slow to a crawl. I got a new laptop, but aol mail is slowing everything to a crawl. I have a couple of gmail accounts, but actually prefer aol......until now.

"Strict - no adult content"
My Complaint is that NOBODY should ever have access for the "SafeSearch" Option to change the Settings from the "Moderate - no images or video" NOR the "Off - do not filter results" Option, unless He &/Or She has a AOL Account and Signs into His &/Or Her AOL Account First! The "SafeSearch" Setting should ONLY Default (& ONLY to Remain on!) to the "Strict - no adult content" Setting for the "Search Preferences" within the "Settings!"

Just how many complaints does AOL require users to post on this Feedback Forum before someone in your IT Department decides it's worthy enough to do something about it? The only way you can currently circumvent your system is to click on your own posts and locate the article you responded to and click on that. Maybe, if you're lucky, it will open up another window where you can scroll down, hit "View Comments" and your post will appear (along with any likes, dislikes and/or replies. Upgrade Spam Filter
I'm not sure what changed but I now get DOZENS of spam emails, that should easily be filtered ahead of time. I actually try to keep my inbox clean and it's becoming nearly impossible, to the point I'm about to delete my account. It's like all filters have been removed and I get nothing but spam emails now, making it pointless to use for anything else.

Add DISGUTING WORDS FILTERS
How about AOL creating filters to stop the most horrific and disgusting spam emails I have seen in a long time.
The are offensive (four letter words beyond the pale), luring people to their houses because they are "home alone tonight" - God forbid a minor are getting these. These should not even reach the Spam area. They should be stopped beforehand - gee, like Gmail, etc.It's also not rocket science to figure out who is sending it. DUH. Have you heard of Whois.com/Whois?

Please block "****" in my "spam" folder!
I've been with AOL since the "beginning of time"! Recently, I've been receiving numerous "****" type messages in my "spam" mail with disgusting titles! I realize it's a challenge, but, PLEASE help identify and block these sites!!!!! Thank you!

Fix the rejection issue that I am experiencing
All my posts are rejected, when I appeal, my appeals are denied. My posts are respectful, truthful, and verifiable with no curse words or misspelled words. When I reported the issue to you customer service via chat, they sent me to this feedback forum to fix the issue. It is very annoying and as a dues paying customer, if it is not addressed soon, I will stop paying for my AOL service. I can get bad service for free.

Notifications not working in articles
In AOL articles, my notifications are showing I have notifications but when I click on the icon I get a message saying, "No Notifications Yet - start interacting with others and your inbox will be full in no time" This has been going on for 2 days. This is not the first time this has happened. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?
