  1. Have Mail filters that work

    I pay for AOL ! I have to review spam folders because occasionally a legitimate email gets in there.
    There are many disgusting "subjects" let through.
    The mail filters (send to trash) do not work ! Why do you even pretend to offer them a/

  2. Advertisement

    This is a complaint about a recent ad that you're running on AOL Gold. It is a disgusting ad of a huge cockroach running around. First, I have an aversion to cockroaches and second it's very distracting. I can't believe anyone in AOL's ad dept approved it to be shown. Please cancel this ad.

  5. Fix ability to comment after each topic a person wants to comment about.

    Many subscribers suddenly are not able to comment one of you stories. Very disappointing.

  7. get the button back to basic mail

    get the go to basic mail back its too slow we cant get through any emails takes over 1 minute to delete anything and go back ridiculous. I have 8000 im trying to get through and taking weeks no matter which browser i use we dont need all that crazy stuff

  10. Discontnue advertising on Meghan and Prince Harry. They occupy unnecessary space on my internet.

    Plain and simple focus on the media that pays for the fee not Meghan Nor Prince Harry that you have pay them as what Meghan is aiming for!

  12. You need to quit showing ads that are fraudulent. Epicooler, CoolCove are just two of the rip-off ads that you currently are showing.

    Both of these ads for AC units do not work. Once received the enclosed manual states it is a heater. When I contacted the seller they sent a replacement that was the same as the first one. Now they cannot be contacted. But a new company is saying there new technology unit is a AC unit. How about some help from AOL, as in check out who you publish. After these companys are found out they just change there name and AOL publishes the new ad. THANL YOU AOL.

  14. Stop rejecting my comments on post...you've blocked me from posting or commenting which is a violation of my 1St amendment rights.

    AOL is violating my 1st amendment rights by rejecting any comment or post with the lame excuse that I am not following the rules no matter the comment. Even if I state I agree or I disagree...put an emoji ...any little action or response. If this continues I will have to file a complaint with Government officials. Remember Facebook did this to some of it's members and suffered legal actions. AOL will be next.
