  4. create a block all & then delete all

    i rather scroll through spam to see if something i need went into spam and remove it manually, then with one click, block all spam, then delete all spam, just way too much spam to click each one.

  5. English is my native language. I have many news reports on "Today on Aol" in foreign languages on my

    I keep getting news stories in languages I do not speak (German, Spanish, etc.) on my newsfeed. I speak only English. Why is this happening now? I did not get these foreign language reports for many years until just recently.

  6. "www.compuserve.com refuses to connect" when I open my AOL emails. Fix error message for compuserve.com to access my compuserve emails.

    I need for you to do a FEEDBACK on an error message on AOL email page due to a glitch or bug in your system. The AOL agent tried to fix it through MIcrosoft Edge & Google Chrome, but failed to fix the error message The error is coming from a "BUG" in your system that needs to be fixed from your system to fix my problem. Please fix the issue ASAP. Thank You

  8. Poor excuse for email services

    When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS.

  13. Content not available due to your privacy settings

    When using the DuckDuckGo standalone browser and accessing a random article on the AOL news page, the content inside, specifically videos, are automatically blocked and deemed as unavailable due to the privacy settings of the browser. Even after changing said privacy settings, the issue persists. Photos seem to load properly, and on other browsers (eg. Firefox), the issue doesn't arise.

  15. Have been having problems with the news page when I open my account - page is blank. Please have this fixed since I do enjoy reading them.

    Facebook is not working. It appears I have been logged out of facebook . When I hit the facebook icon it takes me to a page that has my name and picture but then bars to continue or use another profile, enter a new account or forever meta

  18. Please block "****" in my "spam" folder!

    I've been with AOL since the "beginning of time"! Recently, I've been receiving numerous "****" type messages in my "spam" mail with disgusting titles! I realize it's a challenge, but, PLEASE help identify and block these sites!!!!! Thank you!

  19. You can improve AOL by returning to the original AOL system. I will AGAIN delineate the drawbacks of this 'new' system.

    New AOL is difficult to navigate, deletes messages automatically withour specific command, hard to read on line, NOT USER FRIENDLY. And AOL does NOT respond to my suggestions or improve the system. Please allow use of the old system.
