    When I open AOL to check my email, I find it bothersome that your news editors select biased articles and headlines presenting an overwhelmingly "left" political point of view; every story on president Trump is negative or presents an negative interpretation of his policies without any balance for the millions of people who support the administration.
    Your news department is clearly leftist and Democratic oriented. This is insulting to millions of users who hold more conservative viewpoints.

  2. Why do I have to sign agreement to "AOL OpenID and OAuth terms" EVERY TIME I SIGN IN?!!

    My Apple Mail isn't working so I've switched to AOL.com. Touch ID on my laptop makes signing in easy, but then I get the screen about agreeing to terms, every single time. Isn't once enough?? Can't your system remember me?

  3. List all user names for my computer like you have been doing when I am signing on and do not prefill my password

    This is for news and email. When I log in, put it back so that there is a list of user names who use this computer. When I go to log in, now it just has one name. I've logged in with another name multiple times, and the one name keeps appearing. Also, my password was prefilled. I NEVER asked you to prefill my password.   5. Why Am I Having Ransomware AttacKs On AOL News Sites?

    This would be the third time I clicked on an AOL News page and bells, whistles, horns and peeps, along with the flashing of pages coming on my screen. Contacted AOL and they had absolutely no idea what I was referring to. Or, they know that intruders can get on their site news pages and prompt a ransomware attack. Anyone else had this problem.

    My account was hacked. The account was recovered but I am no longer able to log in on my Android phone. I've spent 90 minutes on the phone with tech support who was unable to fix the issue. Hellp.

  8. Cursor gets lost while typing in comment section, screen flashes.

    Cursor keeps getting lost while typing in the comment section of a article. Screen flashes and the cursor disappears. It does not happen anywhere else, email, reply to a comment, different web site etc., only in the comment box of AOL. After constantly replacing the cursor eventually I do finish and send the comment.
