    Do not let Costoson.com advertised on AOL, anymore, because they are a scam and promised a refund. However, to date has not refunded me my purchase price or shipping cost.

    Scrolling through to see news bites is riddled with ads I do not wish to view and am unable to tab through. This is the most frustrating use of my time! I will from here on out get my news feed from other sources. Despise your mandatory ad clips, and "yahoo news". Keep the ridiculous ads below the news feed as they were before!!

    Hate this new email and format. Put it back the way it was! Guess I will have to leave this service and to think I pay for it each month!!! I have been a loyal customer since the beginning! I have been with you for decades! Now ads I can't delete and I PAY for the service. Shame on YOU! I should not have to see ads if I pay a monthly fee.

  16. Remove ridiculous forced videos in topics carousel. Or at least fix it.

    The videos are right below the topics. if I wanted to watch them, they are right there. But if for some reason you feel you must force them on us, at least make it possible to scroll backwards through the topics. When you get to the first one of a group it goes back into the forced video and then jumps forward to the next video. There's no way to get back to a topic if you decide you want to other than going all the way through the 50-60 topics list. Which with all the forced video is a…

  19. Significantly deteriorating service in zip code 22209. Have been subscriber for many years. Now messages may take 30 min to download. Please

    I need update before I change services. Subscriber for many years. Now service in zip code 22209 has deteriorated significantly. May take 10-20 minutes for header to download and up to 30 minutes for message to download from server. Are you going to improve capacity to provide better service to your customers?
