You can stop eliminating my account!!!!!!!!!!!! When all I did was try to open it to read a newsletter I PAY FOR~!
Whatever changes you made, go back to old model since I cannot open my email for an account I've had for over thirty years!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently you no longer appreciate loyalty like every other tech company in the US. What the ****!!!!!! I pay for some of the newsletters I get on this account. Have someone answer your listed telephone numbers
AOL has several numbers listed for assistance. "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hang up and try your call again." Several hours of attempting to call for assistance and all we get is the above recording. Can't contact via email because the email isn't working. Hope do we get help/assistance?

I have a church email that was going to spam for several months. I managed to get it out of the spam folder each week. However, one week I inadvertently deleted it in the spam folder. Now it comes to my inbox but is missing 1/3 of the graphics. PLEASE UN-SPAM this! Give me a way in settings to permanently un-spam an email you keep marking as spam.

None of the AOL support phone numbers is working
AOL e-mail from aol.com is not working. And none of the usual phone support phone numbers is working (including the one I have been using for over 30 years (800-827-6364). Anybody know what's going on?

explain why you cant open your mail
trying to get nto mail. page opens but the mail won;t keeps giving me message "Your mail is temporarily unavailable.

What happened to the old opening page that had everything on it? Now only the clickable stories and then "Ads" from our partners. I HATE IT!

"Vintage" means at least 50 years old, not 1995!
Lindsay Lohan's mini-suit may have a "Chanel" label, but it is not "vintage" if it's only from 1995! It's not even Chanel but kitsch Lagerfeld, if that. .Vintage Chanel is maybe from the 1970s.when there were still a few people at Chanel who had known and learned from her.

DON’T USE what’s app FOR TWO FACTOR ID
Why would you use What’s App for two factor authentication? Your users are generally over the age of 60 and don’t have What’s App, don’t know what it is, and don’t know how to get it. I’m trying to help my father in law recover his password and we can’t do it. Why not just text the code????? This is so frustrating.

Remove the ads that are in emails.
Get rid of the ads that are in line with emails. Or at a minimum, allow users to opt.out of ads from specific companies. I would almost pay extra to be able to never see an ad from rocket.mortgage again for as long as I live.
