jumpy ads
flashing or constantly moving ads can cause seizures...they are disgusting too...if you have to have an ad..keep it a still not some bouncing model ad repeating every 5 seconds.

Return the “old mail” box
Yesterday you removed the “old mail “ box and merged old mail with the inbox by date. VERY CONFUSING. Please return to w”old mail “ box. This was a very poor upgrade if that is how it was intended.

Can AOL install a "delete all emails" button. Comcast has it, why can't AOL DG have it?
MY wife has 32,000+ emails that slow her account from loading terribly in AOL DG. It would take many many hours to delete them 50 or 100 at a time. She receives 100 to 200 emails everyday. I'm sure your first class software writers could write that code and update AOL Desktop Gold in one day or less. Comcast has that option, why can't we?

When i try to see a full story, it eill mot appear and i receive an error messsge
When i click on a story title to see the rest of the article, I receive an error message. I have to uninstall AOL, and then I have to reinstall AOL. This lasts for one day. It would be nice if AOL would call me back to let me know that the problem has been fixed, but AOL evidently does not provide excellent customer service. However, AOL will gladly take my money when I pay my bill.

E-mails disappear before USER says 'delete'. Screen is difficult to navigate. Original AOL worked a lot better
The screen that shows e-mails is difficult to use. Also, the fact that e-mails immediately disappear once you have opened them is frustrating. The original AOL format was easy to use and clear and depended on USER's wishes, not computer's.

AOL is blocking some email from reaching Inbox. All emails should be delivered to Inbox or Spam. Please don't block any incoming emails.

Allow access to Google Chrome and other platforms not just Yahoo as per the recent update.
Recent AOL Gold update now limits internet access to Yahoo. Prior to the recent update I could access
Google Chrome directly from AOL Gold. Yahoo's internet reach is not as extensive as Google Chrome's.
Previous access to certain sites on Google Chrome are not available on Yahoo. The recent update to Yahoo
is actually limiting AOL subscribers' internet access while on the platform. Please return open access to
Google Chrome and other major platforms. I will terminate my subscription to AOL Gold if this problem is

Please block "****" in my "spam" folder!
I've been with AOL since the "beginning of time"! Recently, I've been receiving numerous "****" type messages in my "spam" mail with disgusting titles! I realize it's a challenge, but, PLEASE help identify and block these sites!!!!! Thank you!

I received a text on my flip phone warning me about a contact with AOL. The address to contact was:
https//login.aol.com/notme/XGpy3sVaOLVW9lcw?lang=en-us&intl=us, the phone number to call (I did not)
was 1-866-265-5020.
I had a real number with AOL that I called and finally found a person I could talk to who told me to delete it.

Stories not in sync with headline. Page have to be refresh to reload, often!
What is going on with AOL stories, Headlines and stories are not in sync. Have refresh after reading story to get the page to reload.

Banner Text For News Items Missing on Firefox, have to hit F5 key 4 times for text to appear. What is causing this?
About a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the text next to the news banners was somehow gone. I am using Firefox and if I hit the F5 key usually 4 times the text will appear. What is causing this? This is the first time I have experienced this problem but it is still happening when I call up my home page AOL.COM Why does hitting the F5 key 4 times suddenly fix the problem? Any ideas of what is causing this?
