Discontinue selling NordVPN
I had a bad experience after AOL agent assisted me with a technical issue, then sold me NordVPN security system. My computer kept locking up. My internet provider blamed NordVPN. It took heaven and earth to cancel it. There was no way to stop subscription. I had to call my credit card company, AmEx, and have them stop it -- hopefully. If selling NordVPV is a profilable deal for AOL, I doubt this message does much good. But I thought I would try.

Deleted email search
Allow email search to show emails in the trash/deleted folder.
Sometimes emails are accidentally deleted and need to be retrieved but they aren’t detected using email search.

9 times out of 10 this is a dead link which only goes to the MSM homepage, where the story you are trying to read is nowhere to be found.

AOL Search Engine shows incorrect information about my business in the website description
AOL search and Yahoo search are presenting my business as something it is not. When I search for my business on AOL.com, my company website appears but the description text appears to be generated and falsely claims that our business is something that it is not. Google and Bing do not do this. I can see that some articles from my website have the correct descriptions (from meta data / site text) but some do not. How can this be fixed? Is AOL generating this description information and if so, how can it be changed so that it is correct?…

Please include all categories of email, especially sent and deleted in SEARCH. occasionally an accidental delete and absolutely need sent
Please include all categories of mail, especially sent, those in saved folders and deleted in the SEARCH results. This has caused numerous problems. How hard can that be - search used to function that way. An incomplete search is fairly useless.

My "sent" list DROPPED SENT msgs betw 9-17-2023 and 1-26-2017 WITHOUT my having deleted any of them. Aol needs to restore my sent messages.
As I wrote in the "How can we improve?" box, AOL dropped my SENT message off my "sent" list for dates between 9-17-2023 and 1-26-2017. This happened WITHOUT my having deleted any of them.
AOL needs to restore my messages.

The "search mail" feature is basically inoperable.
Since you changed the format? The "search mail" option is a failure in terms of ability to scroll up & down thru all your target items.

Stop FAKE PARTISAN GOP LIES
AOL should not be partisan. To be more specific, Right Leaning. Everyday, I am accosted with positive stories about the fool Adolf Trump, but negative stories about Biden and the Democrats. This country is in enough racial and financial turmoil, it doesn’t need more agitators with ulterior motives, to stir up the population in order to fulfill their own agenda.

I was able to switch back to Basic BUT! what happened to settings? where are font choices for style and size and color?
Bring back (to Basic AOL) the font size, colors, style! Where did they go? I switched back to Basic because I could not activate spell and grammar check in the new version.....

SPAM from 127.0.0.1 Can't be Blocked
I seem to be receiving SPAM from an unlikely spot, 127.0.0.1 IP. It seems that when I look at the headers, 127.0.0.1 IP is present but looking deeper, the originating geographic locations is somewhere in russia. My email client is not able to block this type of emails. A way is needed to block emails from certain, IPs as well as geographic locations or at minimum a more accurate way to track down the original sender based on the header information.
