Cannot open draft email
Never been a problem before app version 6.52.0, but after clicking ‘Undo’ upon sending an email so that the email gets saved under ‘Drafts’ for amendment, the app now will not allow the opening of said email. Deleting of it from Drafts appears to be possible, but opening the email and thus being able to send it is no longer an option. Please fix this??

Number of emails
I don’t really have an idea but I do have a problem with amount of emails. In one day I received 25-30 of the same email from advertisers and some spam. This is REALLY irritating every day. I have about 20 repeating emails. I don’t have time to defeat hundreds of emails I don’t want. Also I can inscribe but they keep getting sent. I’m about ready to change service. I hate to cause I’ve been with AOL for a long time. One day my battery was all used up deleting all the same emails. What can be done??? Driving…

I’m unable to open adobe or excel attachments on my iPhone a o l app

Allow “basic mail” setting on iPad app.
We want to be able to completely turn off the message pane on the right side and turn off automatically opening the next email. Just a list of emails with the list of folders on the left. Basic mail.

App finally working
After multiple times of uninstalling the app, restarting my i phone and reinstalling the app over multiple days, the app is now working.

News: how do we receive it, in all different ways. Respect has gone out the window! It used to be something you had to earn!
Now days you turn on the talk shows and you hear nothing but filthy disgusting language. What happened to clean good conversation and good honest talk. That would be a refreshing jubilee or sunset to hear that!!! -
AOL help site gives wrong info for hack recovery
My Dad’s email account was hacked. Within an hour I had recovered the account and changed the password. The hacker had added his email as a reply address. I’ve followed the instructions on AOL’s website to remove this, but the ‘more settings’ link does not exist on Chrome for iPad or iPhone, nor in the aol app. I’ve had several people search unsuccessfully. I called aol but they won’t tell me how to get there unless I buy a tech support plan. I would at have called if you put proper info on the web!

Your customer service SUCKS
I have been an aol member for over 20 years and I have emails that come up missing and you want to charge me to get them recovered when it was not my fault. POOR customer service

Not getting any email for new mail and old mail… done removing and adding the app still doesn’t work…advise to file a report from tech

Cannot accept accept an invitation from a google group on my ipad
I need to accept an invitation to join a large google group on my iPad. I get a 404=error. I have 30 other aol users that also can’t do this. Why. If you go to google.com on your iPad and type mail.aol.com and sign it you can join. Help
