    The new bold font with color icons for each email make it harder to slab my emails at a glance. Also, even though I have verify off, it asks me to confirm delete of each piece of mail in the spam folder. Was much simpler and sleek before this last update.

    New version is needlessly complicated and difficult to distinguish one email from another. When a new email transfers to old email, it’s difficult to get it back to NEW. Before, there was a selection that said Keep as New. Now I try a few different ways and it still doesn’t go back to new. When you went to the TRASH selection before, you could put a check beside each email that you wanted to permanently delete and it was all very clear. Now, everything is difficult to distinguish and it often doesn’t delete all the selections. Also, all of my folders used to be one long list in alphabetical order. Now, for some stupid reason, there are two different lists of folders, so you don’t know where to find a particular folder. Why take a perfectly workable system and mess it all up!!! Change just for the sake of change is not always a good thing. If something is working good - LEAVE IT ALONE!! Thank you for taking my complaints into consideration. Pleas bring back the old system.

    I hate the new format - it’s too dark, too bulky, and too confusing. I’m going to delete the app and just find some other way to check my email that isn’t problematic

    You and you system is unusable by me. It is absolutely horrible disabler! Give my old system back or I’ll change my carrier from AOL to something else.

    I hate this version. How do I stop emails from loading after I’ve read the previous message. What a pain!

    Bring back the ability to sort emails as unread. C’mon people, this app is supposed to make it easier to manage our emails. Instead, you just made it MUCH more difficult!

    New version is ghastly. I don’t need bold, dots, giant typeface or any other bells and whistles. Go back and make it an option. And stop listening to people in your company with new graphic ideas

    Obviously there was a complete redesign of the aol mail app released over the last few days. Called support to find out where the sign out button is now located for security purposes, can not find it! Apparently I am using the free version of mail and they would NOT connect me to anyone unless I paid for it. Appalling. It’s a simple question. Don’t offer the free version if you can’t or won’t support it. Will be taking my mail elsewhere.
