    Why are you changing. Seriously? You have a majority of older members. Why??? I need to go find a file of Spam? I can get 20 a day. This sucks

    This app totally sucks! Bring back the old one which was easy to use & simple. Whoever came up with this idea should be shitcanned immediately!

    Please give me back my old email. The new version is a piece of ****. Nothing works on it. I cannot access any of my other accounts. The whole design is horrible. At least give us the option to have the old email layout back. And format. You are not improving the app by creating this horrible piece of ****. You should be ashamed for doing something as bad as this.

    This new thing sucks. Period. No notice, no explanation, it just appears this afternoon. Very user unfriendly. I don’t like all of those logo things.... just makes whole thing a mess. Virus, snowstorm, online shopping going crazy. Perfect timing! Not. I HATE THIS new and Not improved “thing”. Please get rid of it or at least give people the option to use what they’ve been using for years. PLEASE

    New email version is awkward, not user friendly and does not show all of my contacts. I cannot see how to cc or bcc.

    No I can’t get none of my emails I hate this new one. Give me back my old email. I’ve been with AOL for years, I’m about to give up this if I don’t get my old version back. The ball is in your court AOL.
