    Using AOL on the iPad is now a nightmare. Much prefer the way it used to be. Too many bugs you are working out on my dime. Very frustrating. Shame on you.

    Last viewing format was much better. Changes/upgrades in other areas I haven’t come across yet.
    But, PLEASE go back to the last viewing format.

    Much more difficult to handle mail and repeatedly states that “not able to download the message, try again.”Annoying.
    Go back to old app

    Next time you put a new version out try user acceptance testing. The new platform is totally flawed and unacceptable

    I have trouble receiving my emails even when I click on it. Not user friendly like older versions. Very frustrating

    This version is awful. I can not see all of my my emails. Says I have x number of unread. However none show up. What emails I can read, take several tries to load. Says failure to load. IF it not corrected, I will switch email account and no longer pay for AOL!!!

    I can’t read my emails on my iPhone on this new form. All I get is “try again” button that doesn’t nothing

    New version of the app is working for news, but NOT email. The only way I can access now is by using AOL BASIC on the internet. Looks like you made the change today without any notice.
