    I’m using the app on an iPhone. When I to go to the App Store and download the AOL app for iPhones, when I access help it says that I have the AOL app for android.

    You guys did some type of new update and it messed up ALL OF MY EMAILS VERY IMPORTANT EMAILS REGARDING MY JOB! My housing! You guys messed up big time with this whole thing! Please go back to the old version this one you can’t read your emails it keeps saying you don’t have emails or the internet then I check it on my laptop I have no problems! So it’s the mobile app please fix it

    I can’t load old mail, and if it does load, I have to refresh it several times. I can’t access any new mail. I have the notifications that I have unread mail, but all I can see is the mail I’ve received BEFORE this update. Why “fix” something that wasn’t broke? This update is awful.

    The old version was working fine as far as I was concerned. I’m having a lot of problems with this new one. Either fix the new one or bring the old one back.

    This update has taken the app from bad to worse. Takes ages to download mail, the mail and app navigation is confusing. I am going to use my apple mail app.

    Who was the wit that thought THIS new format was easier? Why not just put the file names on paper, place them in a bag and shake ‘em up. That would make more sense. I swear all of you software companies cant stand status quo. I AM for change when its for the better but this aint it!
    Makes me wanna look for a new service.
    Now i gotta to learn another new maze. Great job -AOL... NOT!

    Fix them. Mail won’t update. Can’t forward mail deletes not working. This is total ****!!

    This update has made this app a POS. Sending mail doesn’t work retrieving emails doesn’t work. Are you guys idiots don’t you test before releasing updates??

    The changed mews interface is most definitely not an improvement. On the news page, things bounce around as you’re trying to see what’s what when things refresh, and when you do select an article more often than not it’ll jump back to top of page while you’re trying to read. It’s an altogether frustrating experience. Visually the main news page is also harder for older eyes to read. What you had wasn’t broken. In fact it was pretty darned good compared to what other providers offer. It’s bad on an iPad and even worse on an iPhone, so *Please* restore the old interface.

    Re. the new mail interface, it’s clumsy and awkward at best, and since the change I’ve see a *lot* of failures to retrieve the body of a message for preview. I never experienced that kind of issue with the old interface. If you absolutely must change the email interface to Yahoo’s style, then use Yahoo’s mail interface and service outright because it’s more intuitive, less clunky, and thus far Yahoo.com’s email has been rock solid compared to AOL’s new Yahoo-influenced interface. Again please rewind...what you had before was measurably better.

    Either give the option to use the old version or I have to go elsewhere.
