    All of the messages I delete just come back either right away after being deleted or when a new email comes in. This update is terrible! I may stop using the app because I cannot stand having to delete the same message over and over again. RESTORE THE OLD VERSION!!!!

    Hate it, hate it, hate it. Won’t open old mail, can’t search on line. If we don’t get a choice, I’m done with aol

    This update is awful!! It looks terrible and not one of my emails will load without hitting reload 11 times. My emails don’t show up right away either. It says no new emails when I have over 200 new ones

    I agree. This new app has nothing but problems. The old app worked and was easy to use. New app takes me multiple tries to open a single mail item. I need to use the online version in place of the app just to read my mail.

    I keep getting error messages when I send or reply to emails. It’s too hard finding everything in the new version.

    This email is horrible. I can’t get more than one day of old mail it looks horrible and is not user friendly. If my old email does not show up soon it is goodbye for me.
