    It doesn’t work. Frustrating! Emails won’t open. I have to try again and again to open an email. Sometimes they won’t erase. Looks good - doesn’t work for me. I don’t think I’m alone. Please go back to the old email format - at least I can read my emails on that one.

    It is really important to find all my flagged emails in the same place.
    I cannot do it now!!! Bring it back, please.

    I hate this upgrade. It’s not loading any of my old emails. Please put it back or fix it.

    Nothing is loading
    I deleted messages came back and they all there again

    Why do companies feel the need to constantly “update” their user interfaces? The old way worked fine—never once did I wish, “...gee, I sure hope they make some random unnecessary changes to my email system.”

    This new version has one very large problem.

    I can’t even open my email it keeps saying error so I can not even read it

    This update keeps failing to open my emails. I have to resort to going to the internet page to be able to read them.

    There wasn’t anything wrong with the old system. By changing the system it as lost/Delete it some very important documents I kept under my Folders these were documents that cannot be replaced, so Thank You Very Much for Playing around. If you have a System that Works then Leave it Alone. If it continue to stay this way I’ll use something else!

    Your email was fine, you guys tired to give it a new look and now nothing works. My mail will not open it keeps sending error code. I have had my email for almost 30 years and now I am having issues. Should of just left it alone

    I won’t even allow me to read my emails. WTH @aol go back to the old mail system. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

    Me too. This new version has many issues. Can’t see older emails that should be in my inbox and most of the new ones won’t load to read.
