    I hate this new version..I can’t get to old mail and hard to find the email I need to find.

    Sucks on the Ipad. Whoever debugged this needs to find a new job. Terrible, terrible app. Go back to the old version and start again!

    Can’t access my emails, can’t send emails. Go back to the last version. I’ve been having a lot of issues with AOL recently...it may be time to change.

    Me too. Half mine won’t even open in the new version. Not sure why they had to touch something that worked perfectly for more than 25 years. These kids laugh when I give them my email address and then I say, never once had a problem with it. Never once been hacked. Couldn’t they have just let it be????

    Sometimes new mail displays other times it says you have none. Bring back the old mail app!!

    This new version stinks. Let us at least opt to use the old version

    Agree with all. Revert to previous version. This update is a step backwards. It is difficult to understand how this failure was approved. Interface and operability are worse.

    I HATE the new mobile e-mail app interface!!!! PLEASE go back to the previous version!!!

    This version sucks. I have kept AOL strictly because I didn’t want to use Yahoo or Gmail’s interface and you did your very best to copy everything people hate about their service. I can’t access any of my emails anymore. Guess I’m going to use Gmail from now on.

    The new email version is terrible. Give us the choice to revert to original!

    Why can’t I open my mail on my iPad? It keeps loading and no mail. I have switched my aol accounts to gmail so I will be able to access my mail in the future. Get rid of this new format.

    My contacts are missing the first letter. Not sure what is happening. Can someone help me.
