    See heading. The new mail format is awful. Please put boxes next to each email that allows fast checking to delete multiple emails at once. I don’t want to have to swipe every email!! Even the graphics for the new site are awful

    Need for my email to open. I can no longer track orders to find that something has been delivered at the wrong house. I receive all billing statements, etc. via email on my iPad.

    Sorting email sucks in this new version. I use my iPad much more than computer and my cell phone and this new email format is terrible.

    Allow the option to switch back to the old inbox, before the recent update in December 2020
