How can we improve the AOL app?

Why don’t some of my mails open in the viewer? That would be an improvement!

Some mails just don’t open. I know this is a technical issue but sorting it would be an improvement.

    Had the same problem multiple times. AOL’s suggestion is the classic“did you unplug and plug back in?”. Deleted and reinstalled App, working fine right now. We’ll see how long that lasts.

    This is frustrating! I have tried to open some emails recently AND they just won’t open! Why is this happening?

    Some emails don’t open and the app does not synch with the main account (.net). It’s double work to delete emails I’ve already viewed on other devices or on web.

    I also find my mail I sent in outbox

    Fix email so it works! Can’t open emails from iPhone XR.

    Same problem. Really annoying and unacceptable. Been with aol since dialup days but if this isn’t fixed goodbye. Only happens on mobile devices. Mail works fine on my Mac.

    The e-mails aren’t loading today. I tried closing and reopening the app, as well as restarting my phone. The number of unread e-mails are listed, but the new mail and old mail pages don’t show any e-mails.

    Some emails won’t open on iPhone app but will open on iPad. Please fix. See similar posts.

    When I delete messages, they aren’t actually being deleted from the app. For instance, I just deleted 151 messages. Only 50 showed up in trash. I deleted everything from trash. I immediately went back to mail and it only had 7 less messages. I went back to where I deleted and they’re still there.

    Does anyone at AOL read these feedback issues. It seems like a major defect in the app if you can’t open an email or find the unread email!!!

    Where is Tech Support to at least acknowledge the problems???!!

    PLEASE FIX THIS!! Sooo very frustrating, I am on my iPhone or iPad going through emails, then boom some emails won’t open at all! Ugh! Been happening for a couple weeks now, pleassssse prioritize and fix this issue. Thank You,!

    This new app is very frustrating. I also cannot open many emails and get a purple triangle on the screen. I liked the old system very much. Can you please fix this ASAP?

    Having same issue very frustrating ...Some e-mails open on one device but not the other (iPad but not the other IPhone or vice versa)
