How can we improve the AOL app?

Why don’t some of my mails open in the viewer? That would be an improvement!

Some mails just don’t open. I know this is a technical issue but sorting it would be an improvement.

    When I delete messages, they aren’t actually being deleted from the app. For instance, I just deleted 151 messages. Only 50 showed up in trash. I deleted everything from trash. I immediately went back to mail and it only had 7 less messages. I went back to where I deleted and they’re still there.

    Does anyone at AOL read these feedback issues. It seems like a major defect in the app if you can’t open an email or find the unread email!!!

    Where is Tech Support to at least acknowledge the problems???!!

    PLEASE FIX THIS!! Sooo very frustrating, I am on my iPhone or iPad going through emails, then boom some emails won’t open at all! Ugh! Been happening for a couple weeks now, pleassssse prioritize and fix this issue. Thank You,!

    This new app is very frustrating. I also cannot open many emails and get a purple triangle on the screen. I liked the old system very much. Can you please fix this ASAP?

    Having same issue very frustrating ...Some e-mails open on one device but not the other (iPad but not the other IPhone or vice versa)

    I can’t open emails from friends and other regular contacts. Very frustrating.

    Over the last month or two I get up in the morning to read mail and news from my mail inbox and I can’t get the. Opened! Extremely frustrating! My old mail opens but not the current day. I reboot the iPad, I download the app again no luck. I’m ready to switch from AOL to other reliable email account. Fix this.

    The app is super slow. Reminds me of dialup. Please update and speed it up.
