    All of a sudden I cannot open word or pdf files.
    Please fix soon, we need these.

    I am unable to open any attachment since 20/10/2021. Had no problem opening attachments or links before

    Haven’t been able to open pdf or word doc attachments via the app for a week now - jpgs and pngs will open but the others won’t just get a blank screen

    AOL did something the last few days that no attachment can be open either a PDF, Word or Excel so far. I am sure there are others. Please fix fast or we have no choice to give up on the app.
    No problem with apple mail.

    I have same problem and reading these comments it’s clear it’s an issue with AOL. Can’t open my pdf attachments but if I forward them to my gmail account they open. Has completely disrupted by business dealings and is costing me time money and work. Very frustrating. Must be sorted right away or will need to move to a different mail company if AOL are not up to the job. Been with them for 20 years. But my business can’t function now.

    I have the same problem cannot read pdf and word attachments very frustrating no reply from the help desk. Could do with a statement from AOL

    I am unable to open PDF email attachments in AOL on my iPhone or iPad. However I have forwarded these emails to a gmail account and they can be opened normally. AOL please fix this problem as soon as possible as these attachments need to be opened urgently as they are business related and are disrupting my business and others businesses operations.

    PLEASE CORRECT ASAP!!!! Cannot open pdf on my iPhone. I use my phone for 90% of my business. This is absolutely absurd! Also with your new App why does it not have a Signature Line option? PLEASE AOL get it together like yesterday. You are costing my business money and time. I will be filing a complaint with Verizon next. This CANNOT continue to happen.

    I can NOT open .pdf files from my iPhone. I desperately need this feature for my job!!! Is there a FIX for this??? If so, WHEN?? I need this corrected ASAP!!! This is taking wayyy to long to correct!!!
